Me Three ! I can't believe my trip is in a few days. I've been so busy this week, I haven't even had time to think about it .

Good morning everyone !

Went to Disneyland yesterday with my cousin and his family and it was P-A-C-K-E-D!!!

Spring Break crowds are out in full force. We ended up going back to their timeshare around 4pm and left the teenagers in the park to play. I'm just happy Adara actually had fun at Disneyland without complaining .

It was fun to reminisce with him. We were really close growing up because we are only a couple months apart in age. The kids and I may plan a trip up to Washington to visit them in a year or so, since the kids get along so well.

Hey Ladies! Just back last night from a trip to DLR with some family! Crazy busy but we had fun. I don't have time to read back now - hopefully later today - but I did want to say Thank you to Jessica for the great glitter name!! Love it!!

Today is Anthony's 10th birthday......I can't believe he's that old!!

Tomorrow is our 27th Anniversary & the twins 2nd anniversary on their adoption......so a couple busy days coming up!!

Just a reminder, tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day.

Don't forget to wear your green to work/school or where ever you go. Unless you want to get pinched!! Some people might enjoy that sort of thing.....you never know.

My kids already have their "green" clothing picked out, and my oldest daughter Noelle, who always loves to go all out for each holiday, is going to be covered in St. Patty's Day clothing and decorations! lol

Today I'm going to be searching for something fun to cook or bake tomorrow for the kids...... aside from the traditional corn beef and cabbage. I'm pretty sure my picky kids would turn their noses up at that.

A lot of schools have a 'no pinching' rule. Sure takes the fun out of being a kid !

I'm so bummed about St. Patrick's Day tomorrow! We have a big dinner with some friends of the family every year and we go all out for it. Of course, dinner wont be until about 7p and my class starts at 7p with an exam tomorrow night. LAME!

I saw Wicked last night and it was awesome! It's my 5th time seeing it, and it never gets old. I'm going to try to win lottery tickets to the show this weekend, so I can take Kallie. She loves Wicked too.

Kelly...I thought I had multi quoted your post...but it didn't show up. Watch the flights like a hawk. I was trying to book a quick trip to WDW and watched the flights for over a month. They were constantly $450-$550. One morning I jumped on the computer just before leaving for work and got my non stop flight for $298 thru Orbitz. I use Kayak alot to check multi rates, as well as a few other travel sites. I've gone back and checked the flight on occasion since then and it hasn't dropped under $500 again. Crazy!! There's been alot of sales lately. Don't give up!! Hopefully something will turn up and work out

Trudi, it's true! School these days just suck all the fun out of everything. You can't even ditch classes anymore because now a lot of schools have an automated system that calls home and let the parents know which classes you missed. Good thing they didn't have that when I was in school. j/k

Do you subscribe to allrecipes.com? They have loads of Irish recipes and I am sure you can find something there! We will be having corned beef & cabbage and my son LOVES it! I know this as we always have it on Christmas Eve too. This year I am trying my hand at Irish soda bread from scratch as no one in my family likes raisins and we always have to pick them out of our bread from the bakery so wish me luck!

Happy birthday to Anthony! They grow up so fast. Sounds like a fun/busy week for you! We have one like that when Coltons birthday DHs birthday Our wedding anniversary and Thanksgiving all fall in a 10 day period.

Our school goes beyond that...Parent teacher conferences are scheduled all on that one day so no school on St Pats for us. Since our family is Irish all year long we have planned some fun family time for Thursday.
