And what's funny is that other than Christine's graduation and the Holy Land Cruise, I'm spending every vacation with Vicki!!

I love Vicki! I'm spending a few vacations with her this year as well. She's quite the popular Diva

I have a few trips planned this year. DLR MA in April, the Expo in August, and then WDW MA in Nov! I'll be doing all of those with Vicki as well! LOL She is a wonderful friend.

When you all type it out like that I guess I am just a travel overachiever. I have a couple trips like Stacie planned without her - my daughter's graduation (but I will be in PHX so I'll likely see her so that might not count!) and a cruise too but we are cruising to the land of glaciers and neverending daylight and I'll also get to practice my hula skills for my birthday trip.

I am so looking forward to spending time with you all. I could not ask for better friends to travel with!

I hope you all are having a good week so far!! Mr. CA has been in Orlando for work this week so it has been a really quiet week for me on the homefront but work is so crazy and makes me want to go work at Starbucks!

Hi ladies!! Hope you all had a wonderful day.

I finally went to the doctor about my 6-week cold. It turns out I have a sinus infection. I am glad it's not a cold because I was starting to wonder what was wrong with my immune system to have a cold that long. The sucky thing is my prescription cost 55.60!! That's with my crappy prescription discount card from JCPenney. I saved 2.40. I am a whiner, I know!

I wish I could go to MA with you girls. However, I don't think I can escape to DL without a certain 6-year old...but I hope you all have a great time!! I am looking forward to maybe seeing some of you in October and definitely next Feb.

Not much going on here...dealing with therapists, trying to find a new job, thinking about losing weight (which isn't really helping...I'm finding that I have to actually DO something about it LOL), planning trips, enjoying my babygirl, and keeping happy.

Aw man, I'm sorry about the prescription cost. That sucks, but I hope that you start to feel better soon.

That is what my Christmas PTPI turned out to be too and I am just now finally kicking the last of it almost 3 months later...I'm sure the snow and cold didn't help...Hope yours is much much shorter than mine!

Your piggy bank comment reminded me....I have a group of girlfriends who I met 16 years ago when we all worked at the Disney Store. We are planning a WDW trip next January. On our last getogether we decorated large card envelopes and made a calender on the back. Every Monday we all put $20 bucks into it and check it off. When we hit $100 we cash them in for a hundred dollar bill (harder to spend). This will give us plenty of $$ for our trip and is alot of fun to see it build up.

Looks like we have a mini meet going in October...Looks like it is leaning toward Sunday the 16th to me. Maybe you can come up and we can be the new gals together.

Morning all!!

Not too much chatter last night which is good didn't take me too long to get caught up!! So jealous of everyone going on trips. Mom and Dad left this morning to go to their place in Mexico for 2 weeks and I am so jealous because the one and only trip I had planned to Disney I had to cancel. Our OR trip is still up in the air but not sure if it is DEF going to happen. I sure hope so though because I could DEF use the break!! And as much as I want to go in Oct it is just going to depend because after seeing those airfare prices OUCH!

Come hell or high water though I am going to make sure I make the ladies trip. I am already saving everywhere I can!! I don't want to miss this one again! REALLY looking forward to it!

My girls start minimum days today for parent teacher conferences. Neither of mine have one so it will be nice to spend some time with them. We can't really do anything but since the weather is so yucky we will probably just stay home and watch videos

Shane is hopefully back to work tomorrow too so I am crossing my fingers. He has been off almost a month and this is the longest he has been off so really hoping he goes back! And hoping that it is not temporary again although not really counting on it. He has been working for a few days or a week and then getting laid off again so I am not really figuring on it. But we have gotten through our waiting period at least with UE so at least he can file now if he gets laid off again. Better than nothing!!

My kids already have their "green" clothing picked out, and my oldest daughter Noelle, who always loves to go all out for each holiday, is going to be covered in St. Patty's Day clothing and decorations! lol

Today I'm going to be searching for something fun to cook or bake tomorrow for the kids...... aside from the traditional corn beef and cabbage. I'm pretty sure my picky kids would turn their noses up at that.

Yeah we have had TONS of rain. It rained like crazy yesterday and is supposed to continue as far as the forecast goes. I know we need the rain but we had some nice sun for a bit in February and we got really spoiled. I am DEF ready for some sun! The girls start swim practice the first week of April so I hope all the rain gets out of the system by then cuz they practice rain or shine!

And yeah we will always find something fun. We have tons of old dvds and when all else fails we just get out the old movies and watch something from the old days. Beats just sitting around LOL. Shane is supposedly working through the weekend so we may go try out the dollar movies again. Not sure what is playing but I think there was some other movies the girls wanted to see when we were there last weekend. We will have to see.

Thanks for the well wishes too about him. I am REALLY crossing my fingers because we were told last week that he would for SURE be working by Monday and then NOPE! So I just hope that THIS time it is for sure! His boss called yesterday and said no work today but they have a job starting tomorrow that will go through the weekend and supposedly he is working through next week for now so I am REALLY hoping this lasts!!!

I know you don't like the heat but right now I would gladly trade ya!! I would love to just be able to put on a pair of capris or shorts and just soak up some rays. Wanna trade places for the day
