DrTomorrow, it's second hand, at best, to us. And I'd agree that an off the cuff answer is a problem, but a totally different problem. The point was the answer makes no sense and likely means the CM either had no clue or had been listening to other CMs speculate. No resort in their right mind would do an alarm test in the middle of the night if they had a choice. The answer to the alarm going off at 4 am has to be something else. Thus these are all likely episodes that could happen to any resort at any time, especially after two hurricanes. It's not like they singled out the OP or did things directly and purposefully that caused the issues, at least not that we know of. And while they may suggest the need for additional training, I find that true at all resorts including DVC and MS. And they are not necessarily an indication of bigger problems specific to BCV or it's staff.
