Territory lounge? Wow I don’t know how cute it is! So well themed. We stopped there before heading to HS.

We used to spend lots of time at Territory Lounge, until they opened Geyser Point. But TL is still good for the evening.

I like having a coffee pot in the room. Having coffee and waiting to plan our DisneyDay

A coffee pot is my favorite part of staying in a DVC resort.

I’m pretty good with genie. Had RR, TSMM, SDD and MMRR last night with tot that we changed to SM at MK. That was only 8P. Had it night been arrival day I could have gotten even more reservations!

Well at least you got to use Genie again before the new updates kick in for MDE on Wednesday (July 24th) to convert Genie+ to support the new Lighting Lane Multi-Pass (LLMP) and Lighting Lane Single Pass (LLSP) breaks Genie for a few days.

Oh no coffee mug or glassware as seen in pictures and videos we only have paper. There are plenty at least.

Yea the CCV Studios don't have coffee mugs or glassware since there is no dishwasher. As @mrsap mentioned you can request them. That's why Disney claims they add the dishwasher to the new Island Tower at the Poly.

Good news it was cool enough to sleep.

Glad the thermostat override caught up with the cooling you needed to sleep the heat has been brutal this week.

Did you get a Walk-in Shower Studio since you have an x123 room?

I haven’t seen any yet but I am facing the other way.

I asked for a late checkout and it was granted for noon. I thought DVC didn’t do that but glad they did.

If I see or hear anything later I’ll let you know,

***so many years coming back for a break to not have room serviced I called housekeeping this morning for a before noon request. Made it so much easier when we got back.

Buses have been great!

Dd has to work a lil bit so I headed over to BRV ! Wow I forgot how sprawling this whole WL resort is!!!

I didn’t realize they had units to see.

The stone stairs when go up then split. Another set is inside to go up to 2nd floor/lobby or down to 1st floor .

1st floor rock patios.

Pretty resort!

I inspected both shower at quiet pool villa side and sturdy branches gym and the gym shower is nicer . Probably stop there later .

That's good to know! We've used the shower at the villas pool when we were waiting for our room to be ready. But we haven't checked out the Sturdy Branches shower yet.

I believe it was either 5024 or 5026 & I have been corrected by wife that it was a nature view.
We were a few floors above the Artists point. Just around the corner from our room was the elevator that took you down to ground floor & just outside the quick service.
It was a great location for walking to the dock to catch the boats across to MK.

We were in Room 4026 in 2017, when they were building the cabins and we had an amazing view of the castle and the monorail going into CR. We also could watch the MK fireworks from our room and it was right by the elevator that went down to Roaring Fork. It was an awesome location! That room is probably more "woods view" now, since the trees have grown. But still great location in Wilderness Lodge.

So on bus to WL from HS at 4p yeasterday we were notified our flight was canceled for 9p. Our plan was to swim, shower and head to airport. Instead it was find a flight and wait ! Can’t shower if pool is closed for storms! Ugh hot tired and flightless. NOT GOOD!

A family was in SB and no towels left. I went to lobby and they restocked. Dd and I ended up showering there . I’m glad I knew it was there. Saved the day!

However our back up flight canceled and we had to wait to request bags …… get a RS, booked Swan…. Dd left at 3am and I’m still here.

That’s one issue with showers in pool area. You can’t get to them if pool is closed. Poly and gf come to mind as others with an issue.

Stayed at Wilderness Lodge Boulder Ridge 2 Bed Villa #4508. Just to the right of the elevator and almost to the end of the hall. It was super quiet our entire stay. View was basic facing the walkway and bus pickup area. Trees blocked most of the view. It was very secluded feeling.

Ate at Whispering Canyon Cafe, Rouring Fork, & Territory Lounge. All were very good. Was on the wait list for Geyser Point, however parties were camping at tables, so we decided to cancel.

Used valet and bell service on arrival day. Check-in was extremely easy and flawless.

Only one hiccup. Power went out during our first day in main bathroom/closet area. We couldn't reset it. Called front desk and they fixed it while we were at the park.

Mousekeeping came daily. One day they came late while we were in the room. They personally called us to ask if it was ok to come back around 6pm to clean. We said yes since we were going to be at the park.

Pool water was warm bath water when we swam a couple of evenings.

We saw lots and lots of lizards- babies to adults. Only stay at YC before. We all agreed Wilderness Lodge is #1 over YC.

I’m heading to Wilderness Lodge this week for our first stay at CCV & BRV. We will check out SB.

We love the Swan when adding on to a trip! I hope you were able to enjoy it.

I am so glad i added a night to swan!

I learned it will rain at 4 so while people got wet? I was safe n sound in a room!

Left at 6 and now at mco .

I don’t love S&D but once I walk out of the lobby and can see BWI, YC BC? Then I’m happy !
