Well @scrappinginontario although I am recovering from knee replacement surgery now I plan on being on a plane on October 27th to Pop Century for my yearly trip so looking forward to your pictures and experiences next week. Love all you do for this thread. Enjoy and have a great trip.

Ouch! Good your recovery goes very well!! We just called our surgeon Wed to get my mom in line for a knee replacement. Hear it’s rough at the beginning but well worth it on the other side! All the best!

How do I have him address it at FEDEX? My assumption:

Pop Century
Guest: my name and reservation
1050 ....
LBV, FL..

Does that work? Freaking out...a bit. Crazy morning and it's the only thing I needed to grab and neglected to do so

You can put "Guest: Your Name" and either your arrival date or room number. Everything else is correct.

Food Court Refurbishment - Aug/Sep 2024

Entrance to current Pop Food Court is only through Everything Pop store.


There is a sign explaining how to Mobile Order.


Cast Member near sign to answer questions.


The cash to the left of the entrance to Everything Pop Food Court is currently being used for ordering food for guests who require assistance or are unable to use Mobile Order.


One drink stations is open and will get quite lined up at times.


Picture shows drink station to left and some of the seating. Door towards Hippy Dippy pool is an exit only. (Plastic covers all areas above drink station/temp walls)


The area that formerly served ice cream is now being used for ordering for guests with allergies.


Mobile orders are picked up to the left of the former ice cream area. Tables are set up with numbers on them. When your order is ready you will receive a push notification.

The Arcade is being used as another temp location with Grab n Go items, limited baked goods, bottled beverages, snacks, cereal, etc.










Toaster and Microwave are available in the arcade


Additional guest seating is also in the arcade


Petals Bar serves coffee in the morning plus there is a drink station next to Petals that is available 24 hours a day.




Note: due to the extremely high volume of guests using limited drink stations, ice machines are often empty. Taking a moment to visit an ice machine near your room in the way to/from the drink station may be beneficial.

While the refurbishment adds some challenges, I’m so excited to see what the food court looks like after it’s complete!! (Hmmm, wish I could justify a trip then, just to update pics! Unfortunately that likely won’t be until next year. )

I guess they are so busy renovating the food court that they can't fix the typo in the sign that reads "Everything Pop Dinning."

I just kept going to AoA for any food court needs. Did not ever feel like dealing with that mess. Where my room was it was pretty much just as easy to walk to AoA.

We've always had problems with the Petals station being out of ice during regular operations, so not surprised at all it is trashed during the refurb!

You would think they would have a CP CM assigned to regularly service it.

I’ve sometimes stopped before/after at the ice machine near our room. Not as convenient but better than no ice for us.

It's a short walk, something like 5 to 10 minutes depending on your starting point at Pop Century.

When you order via mobile order, does your food come packaged "to go"? Not sure if I'm asking that correctly. But is it in like boxes with lids, or just on a platter like the usual food service was?

To go. It’s in covered containers in a bag with handles.

Whole pizzas are in boxes.

Cold drinks are in a separate bag.



I tried Mobile Ordering tonight and could not be happier! It was a busier time of the evening as it was 9:45PM and many guests were returning from the parks. My order was ready in about 5 minutes. When I received notice on the app that my order was ready, I approached someone at the tables (there were 3 CMs with iPads), told her my order number and then she gave me my order. I was also able to request an extra plate.

We will not hesitate to use mobile ordering again.

Something special about eating pizza back in our room one night during our trips, it has become sort of a tradition. LOL
