Does each resort have its own e-mail address or some way to send them a complement? I had great service at the Pop during my stay in October, and want to tell them how pleased I was.
Here is the fax number I used last year (2014) to contact POP directly: 1-407-938-4040. If you were to bold, cap & underline your headliner right on the front/top with something like "Thank you For Wonderful Service Please Let Manager Know" it would probably get into the right hands asap. If you have any names of the POP staff and/or times/dates they helped you then that would also help. ps I love the POP and consider it the absolute best resort on property for value and service. It is always my first choice at WDW. But over the years, I have had great service and some poor service. Its just luck of the draw and who you happen upon. Personalities and work ethics matter. However, when you have experienced great service, then I absolutely compliment you on taking the time to draw attention to that CM(s) who worked hard to make your vacation special.Does each resort have its own e-mail address or some way to send them a complement? Just got back from my very first POP stay!
Happy to report I enjoyed it very much! I would stay here again in a heart beat! As a person who has previously stayed only at Disney Deluxe and the Swan/Dolphin I was very happy and have no complaints at all!

You sound like me! My DD and I spent a week there last week of August, and we both loved it. No more deluxe for us unless we get a deal! It was perfect! And so darn cute!
I'm loving the good news too. This will be a new adventure for us.This makes me so happy to hear. I was afraid I would regret staying here once I got there.

We are at POP now. We were hoping for a King Bed but we have 2 doubles. No biggie. I told hubby if he hogs the bed then he is moving to the other one!
There is still an alarm clock in the room.
There were flatbreads at dinner last night.
MK was open til 1am last night with EMH. The POP bus line at 1am was insane. They sent several busses at once and got us all home pretty quickly. Can't complain. Actually, we left for MK from POP around 6pm and there was a MK bus waiting at the stop when we got to it. Pretty good service on the first day for us.
This is our first time staying value. I like it!
No coffee pot in the room. They do give you a shampoo/conditioner combo and bar soap. I bring my own shampoo and conditioner.I am staying at Pop for the first time in feb. I read the beginning of thread but didn't see if toiletries are in the rooms. Also, is there a coffee pot and pods of coffee? I'd like to request a quiet room, I'm traveling without children, any suggestions? That's for your help.
This will be our first experience being there when their there and hope it isn't to bad as we arrive this Tuesday and leave on Saturday. The Pop Warner Mitey Mite invasion has begun!!
Us too! I hope it's not terrible. :\This will be our first experience being there when their there and hope it isn't to bad as we arrive this Tuesday and leave on Saturday.

You're not alone, no kids here eitherlilclerk, thanks for your reply. It makes me feel better to know there might be quiet rooms at Pop. I understand disney is for kids, but we who are kids at heart also enjoy all they have to offer.
You're not alone, no kids here either![]()
