Disney's passholder site

is anyone else having problems logging into the passholder section of Walt Disney's site?
keeps telling me that the ticket information is wrong!

I had problems for about 2 or 3 weeks. But I found out my mom's pass logged right in and used her's. And I tried mine again the other day and it worked fine.

We've had trouble, hit or miss. Works about 50% of the time for me. Ended up calling the passholder phone # to find out the info I needed.
