If you buy 4 10-day Passes with the Plus Options you will get 10 days EACH in the four major parks, then you will have 5 admissions EACH to your choice of Pleasure Island, Disney Quest, Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach

So technically, if you don't get the hopping option or the non-expiration option you have 14 days to use your ticket. It could go like this.

Day 1 - Magic Kingdom
Day 1 - Pleasure Island that evening
Day 2 - Typhoon Lagoon
Day 3 - Epcot
Day 4 - Disney Studios
Day 5 - Blizzard Beach
Day 6 - Animal Kingdom
Day 7 - Epcot
Day 8 - Magic Kingdom
Day 9 - Disney Quest
Day 10 - Disney Studios
Day 11 - Animal Kingdom
Day 12 - Epcot
Day 13 - Magic Kingdom
Day 14 - Plus of your choice, Disney Quest, Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon, or Blizzard Beach.

If you don't have a total of 14 days, you could compress the schedule to go to a water park in the morning and a major park in the evening. Or use more of your pluses to go the Pleasure Island more evenings.
