This is very frustrating to get different stories every time i call Disney. USPS lost my Magic bands and the cm ordered new ones. I told the cm that if for some reason the original ones come in do i send them back. She told me to call in and they can re activate them.The usps finally delivered the first ones so I called Disney to activate them and to reverse the second order. They told me they can not re-activate the bands. Now i got another set "being customized" and a dead set here. This is frustrating and a waste of extra Magic Bands. Why would they not have consistent information to all cm's?
