Do any rooms on this property have balcony? My friend is staying in May for a few days and said when she called to book she claims to have been told it is a king bed with a balcony room. I did not think any of the mods have balcony.

You are correct, all of the Moderates have outside entrances and therefore no balcony.

In what area is your DD working? Mine did the CP and never came home!!! She's full-time now!

Even with DD's discount you're allowed to make requests (and you should!) What room type did you book?

I love CSR and have stayed there many times (my next stay is coming up in early May - during the Invictus games!!) I love walking around the resort, especially early in the morning - so serene and peaceful! Bus service is usually great!

Las Ventanas is a lovely restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner - pretty much still a secret so it's usually easy to get a last minute reservation!

Rix Lounge is a great place to spend an adult evening! They have one of my favorite drinks there - a toasted coconut martini! (it's like dessert! )

The pool area (The Dig Site) is really nice. There's a pool bar there and quick service food at Siesta's Cantina.

That's awesome! I'm sure your daughter is totally loving the CP experience! So nice that she won't need to work during your visit!

You should be able to make 2 requests during online check-in. I like all 3 sections; each has its own charm. When I'm not staying Business Class or Preferred, I usually request Casitas (4 & 5). I love the location!

Have a wonderful time! I'm sure you'll be happy at CSR no matter where your room is located!

we'll be at CSR at the end of the month. Just wondering if it's easy to get a cab from CSR early in the morning? would it be easier to try for an uber? Thinking 7am-ish.

The website will show you how many minutes a driver is from you. If it won't work out, close out of the app and have Bell Services get you a cab. Cabs are generally 5 minutes away, if they're not already at the resort. (There often is a cab or 2 at most resorts early morning, waiting for a fare.)

I read that there is a new fiesta celebration at the resort and the Three Caballeros will leading a childrens' parade. Any word on whether or not they will have meet and greets and sign autographs?

The press release doesn't say specifically, but it says activities will go on all day from 12-5pm so I would assume some character interaction.

Like Rachel said - Every time I've been there, there were several taxis sitting right there near the front door - bell services calls them over and you're on your way. Try to set up the Uber from your room before you even get up there. We did this and by the time we were to the front, they were there already.

awesome thank you all so much. We've stayed at CSR multiple times but we usually rent a car or use the buses, this will be the first time we need to use other transportation and the early time we need it worried me.

Pop Warner is worst at the Values. There can be spillover to CBR and CSR, but it shouldn't be bad at CSR.

It says onlline at the espn site for disney that pop warner is Dec. 2 - 10th.

Are you allowed to use the Business Class lounge on your check out day after check out? I'll have a late flight with an evening MDE pick up and it would be great to be able to have a snack and drink in the lounge before heading to the airport. Thanks!

Yup. You are considered a resort guest until Midnight on your check out day. And as a guest you are able to use all the resort amenities, including the lounge, pool, etc.
