We are now all PIF for our upcoming trip! I'm going to have to figure out summer clothing for the three kids soon. Every single one of them outgrew last year's batch.

Hey guys, me and my girl plan on doing Sammy Duvalls parasailing, sea racers and jetskis when we get to the Contemporary in October. We want to take some pics for when we're parasailing, what accessory would I need to keep my phone in place while we're up a few hundred feet in the air?

I don't think the calendar can be read very well since I couldn't scan it - sorry. I switched to "Public Space WiFi" and that actually worked much better than "In Room."

Looking forward to Trail's End soon and it's another beautiful day. I startled a painter who was right outside our door this morning at 6:30 painting the baseboards. They are always working to keep everything looking nice and fresh. They are finishing up repainting the Garden Wing roof.

It was a real treat getting to see Randy S. yesterday. He was the CL manager at WL and is now the Recreation manager at CR/BLT. It's a job that keeps him very busy...and tan.

I'll try to check back in later today now that I found a connection that seems to work better for posting.

to Randy! I'm guessing he prefers shorts and a tan over a suit??? WL CL sure misses him tho.

Yes! He is such an asset wherever he goes. so awesome!

It's been awhile since the 14th floor, but I do not remember a problem with the birds.
But then again, we did not feed them, nor have neighbors that did.

Everything's all paid off, dinning and fastpasses secured and waiting for final Mickey Mail.
It really seems like it's "real" when the Mickey Mail arrives!

These and your other pictures are fantastic! I think you mentioned CAli Grill but didn't give a report. Was it okay? I remember your last time didn't go so well. We're trying it for the first time post-refurb on July 4th. Glad you're enjoying the trip so far, even if it's a little crazy.

The feature/main pool at CR will be closed from 9/8 - 9/10. The Bay Lake/Quiet pool will remain open.

Thinking about surprising DH & the girls with renting a cabana, if available, but not sure whether to do a 1/2 day or full day. Is a full-day overkill? Looking for opinions from those who've rented before. TIA.

I have one booked for next Friday for a full day. I didn't think we needed a full day but others in my group disagreed. I'd be more than happy to report back after next weekend.

Why did I not realize CR had cabanas??? I wonder if it would be too late to get one for a half day?? That would be perfect with the baby and keeping him out of the sun!!
