Our first few visits we always had CL reach out to us and assist us with Dining reservations and a lovely itinerary personalized to our requests. Do they still offer this service prior to you arriving do you know?? Thanks!
We haven’t stayed CL at AKL. But we’ve had CL stays at YC, CR, BWI & GF since the pandemic. Pre arrival phone calls have been hit or miss & don’t seem related to the resort. The prearrival planning as far as making ADRs is still available thru the centralized Disney’s Signature Services. Anything you need before arrival,is thru them. Some resorts also do a call right from the actual hotel staff about 5-10 days before your stay. I’ve gotten those calls from CR, GF & YC. I don’t remember if BWI called.
If by personalized itineraries, you mean the printed sheets with all your ADRs listed that they used to slip under your door or give you at check in, no, they don’t do that anymore. It’s years since they did those, I can’t even remember how long ago they stopped.
