Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I called from GF to book CL bounce backs. I agree with a previous poster that it was
much better when there was a phone number just to book this offer. It took me forever
to explain which offer I was talking about. The first CM just kept congratulating me on
my stay at GF without understanding that an offer is connected with the stay. :confused3
I did book BWI resort view CL for the week before Christmas and Deluxe room
at RPC for June 2025. Now that I'm home, I've emailed guest services about the BWI booking. I don't think that the discount ended up being 35%. Of course, when I'm actively at WDW, you could say five CL days was $10,000 dollars and I would be like, "Terrific! Sign me up!" I'll report back on what they say about the BWI booking.

I doubt you will get more than a generic email response they really want you to call. Did you check availability online with no discounts vs what your BB reservation shows?

Some of the newer agents don't really seem to know what a Bounce Back offer is. It is also known as a Future Stay Offer. If there is any issue with the reservation CM just ask them to transfer you to Guest Services.

I am kicking myself... My sister talked me into coming out for one of the August Halloween parties (we have never not been rained out, so I had no intention of going). I am dying to do CL at GF (no tower club available at CR for my dates, even at rack rate, but I would do that as well) because I know it will either be sweltering or raining or some combo the whole weekend, and I also have a later flight on my departure day. No AP or public discounts available at all, even when I try my usual trickery of looking at longer stays, etc. Only rack rate. I had booked a BB offer for next march, but DH and I made other travel plans, and I cancelled it like an idiot - I could have tried to use it for August, argh. I need to stay strong. But...maybe I will book stupid rack rate and continue to check obsessively every day. It is certainly a lot cheaper than GCH club level at Disneyland, though that's not exactly a compliment on cost effectiveness.

Keep checking, maybe it will fall into place.

I would soooo be doing 2 nights for 35% off. If I spring for CL, I will cut my GF days down to 2 and do a pre-stay night at AKL - Boma is a nice arrival gift! I don't mind sacrificing CL at GF most of the time, but for Xmas and in the height of summer, it really is a gamechanger.

I saw that!!!! It looks like a nice improvement. Wonder if they'll let CL guests buy extras, the way they did with FP?

Where did you find a discount for poly cl for this july? I must have booked too late and cant find anything!

How is the lounge for firework viewing on July 3rd at CR? Would we have to get spots hours before?
Right now we have a studio standard BLT booked but for $225 more I can upgrade to a resort club level. We are just staying a night then moving over to BC CL for a night so we would only use the lounge amenities one day. We aren’t going to the parks, just staycations. It would be 5 adults for the firework viewing. Thanks!

Are all 5 adults staying in the BLT studio?! Those are tiny, no way 5 adults can fit, so based on that alone, I would say switch for sure. Do you all drink alcohol? If so, I would think 5 adults could eat and drink $225 at WDW in 24 hours, easy. IMO, poly has the better view for July 3rd/ 4th fireworks, since it's more direct vs side view. At BLT you will be looking to the left and right to see them all, I believe they still release the ones on the island, it's been several years since we've seen the 4th fireworks at WDW.

Agree with Nicole just came to add there is only 2 balconies in the lounge and hard to get a space. Poly has 2 levels and lots of windows plus a roped off seating for CL guests 7/3 and 7/4. They also have had a bar set up in that space so you didn't have to go back inside .

Def poly is better for the holiday.

If they did that I don’t want to even imagine the guillotines folk would roll out. People are mad enough about EEH. 😬
UH OH if not in the USA you don't get to make reservations until you are in the states???? Don't you live in Canada? This is really not good CS.

I know lots of dissers are from outside of the states. This latest announcement sucks for many.

CL "might" be able to book for you perhaps if you arrive in the states and busy traveling? That would make CL worth it for some.?

We decided to switch to resort view CL. We all live locally and my parents aren't sleeping over since they are taking care of our pup for the extended weekend but will be a part of the reservation. If they had TPV to book, I would have, so we will scope out the balconies and wait as long as we need to. We stayed at the CL last year so we are familiar with the offerings and the location.

Poly didn't have any CL rooms open to book at this point but I'll keep checking back. We used to go to the Poly for years before the secret was out about the beach and now you can't go on the third or fourth unless you have a reservation there. Being that we've done it for years, we decided to try something else since there's no CL to book there.

We decided to switch to resort view CL.
Does your $225 difference for the Resort View CL include the extra adult fee of $35 per additional adult beyond 2?

One additional random factor to consider is that you might be assigned one of the (2) Queen rooms in the Tower Club that are actually TPV. The (3) Queen rooms on the Tower Club (14th floor) are grouped with the Resort View rooms on the Atrium CL (12th floor) into a single booking category.

We are staying at the poly cl next week, and I wanted to talk to them about my daughters peanut allergy. I sent an email to DSS but the reply was a generic one about allergies around disney world. Would I be better off calling DSS? Ideally I would speak to someone actually at the poly, but I can’t find a number for that, if it even exists.

Yes you should call DSS, 407-939-7777 seven days a week from 9 to 5 Eastern Time. Ask the rep to add a note to your CL reservation concerning the peanut allergy. Also when you arrive mention it to the first CL CM you meet at the Hawaii concierge area.

There is no regular pubic phone number available to any Club level.
