I'm glad you enjoyed it! And since you were just there!!
What type of beverages beers and such do they have? Is it in an enclosed cooler or do they put it in a tub? DH really hates warm beer! I know at BWI I was adding some nice flavored liquors into my evening coffee with dessert!
Thanks for your time and input!!

Hey Liz!
This from summer.
I feel poly has the least amount of food however when we left poly CL and went to a gf gv room boy did we miss the convenience. Just having coffee and such whenever made such a difference.
The building location is so nice too!
We didn't drink any of the beer but I think I remember it being in a cooler on the counter. I did drink the alcoholic punch - it was delicious. The punch and wine was left on the counter next to the food. I don't remember any other alcohol. We only had the punch and wine. Sorry, maybe someone else would remember. Maybe you can get the beer and put it in your refrigerator. You can also ask for it earlier in the day and put it in your refrigerator in your room and then it will be cold when you want it. They are so good at getting things for you when the stuff isn't out. My son asked for some chips when the snacks were gone. They were very nice to get it. Enjoy!
That mac and cheese looks awful! I hope it was tasty. I love seeing the boursin out with cheese. I love that stuff!
If I'm honest, no, that mac n cheese was pretty bad. DS wouldn't eat it and he'll usually eat any carb you put in front of him.
Also if I'm really honest, I had to look up "Boursin" on Google. Lol!!! (It was really good BTW!)
Hello from WDW! Checked into CR CL (Atrium Club/12th Floor) earlier today for a long weekend, will only be here through Monday. This is our second CR CL stay, the first was Dec 14.
Had a great check-in experience. I actually did online check in this time (first time I've done it, frankly have never been that comfortable with the concept), got my room text & e-mail while I was on the plane (was around 4PM). I knew I could have just gone straight up to the room and bypassed everyone but I played dumb and stopped in the lobby and told them I was checking in CL. Wonderful CM pulled up my reservation and actually acknowledged me as a repeat CL guest (a first for us). She called up to let them know we were on our way and personally escorted us up to the 12th floor. The CL CM was waiting at the elevator, escorted us to our room, made sure out magic bands worked, gave us a rundown of the lounge, showed us a few features in the room (fridge, safe, basic things), even told us what time Wishes was tonight and what channel to turn to for the audio. All of this was stuff I already pretty much knew anyway, but it was a nice touch.
For room requests, had requested the north end of the building (which is closest to MK, away from Chef Mickey's) as my first priority and odd numbered room as second priority. I got both, so happy camper here.
Evening appetizers were decent. Not GF or BC quality, but better than Poly. Reasonable variety. Whoever stocks the alcohol must not be a beer drinker. You can't stand up bottles in an inch of ice and expect it to be cold. Boo.
Overall WDW feels pretty dead! Did standby 7DMT tonight with a 20 minute wait. That's unheard of in my world (never even been in the standby line on that ride!)
Here are some quick room pics. Haven't kept up with the latest at this resort. Beds seem different, last time we had big round yellow accent pillows. No CL welcome packet, just that note on the bed (which frankly is fine with me).

I now get the appeal of the odd numbered rooms.

The nuts were gone this time however GADisneyDad14posted pix of the new snacks previously. Fruit, veggies and chips out then they added cookies at 2:30.That mac and cheese looks awful! I hope it was tasty. I love seeing the boursin out with cheese. I love that stuff!
Hey trishadono!! Thanks for the pictures. DH loves Longboard and I see it there(or it looks like it anyway!) GF is in the mix but since the room is an important part and our last 3 visits were pretty crappy views/locations, I'm thinking it will be a last choice. I'd probably turn into a Lizabeast if we ended up on the 2nd floor main building a 3rd time.
I'm loving the location of Hawaii and the club level. I think we could really relax at the Poly.
Thanks again DisneyFansInNYC! That punch sounds right up my alley!! I made my own at AKL by adding coconut rum to their POG. I'm assuming they're adding rum of some sort? Or is it non alcoholic?
I feel comfortable now making this my first choice for November. DH is returning today from a work trip to Nassau(yeah...I know!) and he picks the resort this time! He wanted to do Poly in July but it was booked and we ended up with 1 day in RPC 2nd floor again!
Anyone know if Poly has the Boursin or Brie cheese? I will eat any kind but I LOVE softer cheeses! And last question! (maybe!) Some of the older club pictures have chocolates out for snacks..maybe chocolate nuts of some kind? Are they still there?
Again, thanks for sharing your experiences!! Everyone here is always so awesome and helpful

Oh no! I'm scared now. We have a Deluxe RPC room for the second half of our anniversary trip. I did request King Bed and High Floor, but what's wrong with the second floor rooms?
the room tv probably is large, ours at BWI was impressive, almost as big as the dresser it was above. Really spoiled Amy and I.CR Atrium Club Snacks....

Layout is different now than it was two years ago. Coffee/espresso and fridge is there on the right. Snacks and such there as you see. To the extreme left of this is water, tea, limes, and sparkling water. Kids TV seems much bigger but I may not be remembering that correctly. (BTW, the TV in the room seems huge too).

Our BWI room was CL, wonder if they put larger ones in all of the CL rooms across the board. I had to drop the BWI CL room for October, decide that the rateI was going to pay was a little too much. Now in a bay lake view main building room at the CR. Wonder if I'll find myself disappointed in that tv (not that we will have much time to watch, quick two night trip)It's funny you guys are mentioning some of the TV's -- the TV we had in our BWI deluxe CL room was massive! Actually we had 2 TV's in that room and they were both the same size. We wondered if it was because it was a "deluxe" room or if all the rooms had the same size TV.

Do you remember if they had Chocolate Croissants at breakfast time?Home from an incredible 7 night stay at CR Tower Club 1 bedroom Bay Lake View suite.
Great selections of food everyday. Bottled water offered to take to the park along with great suggestions and tips from the fabulous CMs; mark and Susan in particular.
Feel free to ask away. I wish we were still there!
The nuts were gone this time however GADisneyDad14posted pix of the new snacks previously. Fruit, veggies and chips out then they added cookies at 2:30.
DD loves the lofter cheeses too. They rotate the cheeses each night but sometimes are there.
The punch recipe is out there somewhere. Some ingredients are chardonnay, white zin, grand mariner, sprite, POG juice etc. It really tastes like a "punch". I love it but can;t have too much because its sweeter.
I also mix POG with red or white wine in the afternoons to make a sangria-ish.(at gf we mix POG with champagne!)
Oh and yes it was Longboard!
Oh no! I'm scared now. We have a Deluxe RPC room for the second half of our anniversary trip. I did request King Bed and High Floor, but what's wrong with the second floor rooms?
Yes it was alcoholic punch - not too much alcohol but it was good.
The snacks during the day were potato chips, gold fish, cookies, Fruit skewers and cups of veggies (carrots, celery and tomatoes) with dip.
Drinks besides soda were pog juice, lemonade and iced tea.
During appetizers they did have hard and soft cheeses (like Boursin) with different types of crackers and fruit. That was my favorite. They also had humus and little pita breads and varied hot appetizers.
The only chocolate that I remember was the turn down chocolate.
I hope that helps. Ask any other questions.
