No bottles of water at the YV. BWI has bottled water.

When we stayed at BWI CL last year there was no bottled water.

Thanks for the post! My kids would LOVE it if we got escorted with a golf cart. Hope that still is going on in August! Does anyone know if that is typical? I had heard they weren't doing escorts anymore.

I'm not sure if it's typical. We have three kids, ages 5, 2, and 2 so maybe that's why? We didn't ask for it.

I have heard rumours that the cordials are back in SL - could you check please?

When we stayed at BWI CL last year there was no bottled water.

When I stayed there in December they had bottled water, you just have to ask them and they encouraged me to not be shy about requesting it.

Definitely bottled water at the BWI over the Christmas period. If it wasn't out the CMs were only too happy to get it.

Apologies, we just got back to the resort after getting stuck in a huge storm at Epcot. The monorail was struck by lightning and closed and they had to bus everyone to TTC, big mess. Anyway, I checked in the lounge and cordials are back. I saw kahlua and a few others that are escaping me right now.

I'm staying CL at the Poly for 2 nights then 6 at AKL in October. I'm wondering if anyone has had some specific requests or wishes that the CL CMs granted during your stay in the past that were above and beyond? Like were they able to get you a fastpass for Anna and Elsa or 7DMT? last minute dining package? eggs for breakfast? Just curious whats possible.

We've never made any special requests/wishes, but wanted to say have fun planning and I hope you have a great trip in October .

The only time we ever got escorted on a Golf Cart to check in for CL was at the Poly when we rented a car and drove, and had all of our luggage with us at the Great ceremonial House. That was also the first time we stayed CL, so I was initially disappointed (a little bit) when we didn't get the golf cart the next few times, until my DH suggested that might have been the reason.

That was also the first time we stayed CL, so I was initially disappointed (a little bit) when we didn't get the golf cart the next few times, until my DH suggested that might have been the reason.

Haha we got escorted in a golf cart at Poly last September too. They were taking us and our bags to the lobby to do the airline checkin. My daughter was amused.

Can anyone tell me the most economical way for my family of 5 to stay club level at AKL? We have always stayed in a standard room club level, but now that my youngest is over 3, it seems like the options for us are very limited. I would appreciate any help on saving money, but still staying at our dream resort. Thank you!

Soooo.... I feel so frazzled today! Our friends tried changing their dates for our BC CL stay yesterday. Whatever he did, he somehow lost his CL room!!! He then panicked and booked a reservation at Yacht Club. I got my heart set on BC, so I really didn't want to move to YC. My original first choice was Poly CL, so I happened to look and there were CL rooms now available there! SO...we are now at the Poly!!!! Ughhhh this has been so stressful. We usually just stay at WL, and the construction made us all go crazy lol I'm not moving again!!! I needed a glass of wine (or 2) last night after all that!!! We showed the kids videos of Poly and they really like it (except my son who wants the sand pool) lol Do you guys recommend the Poly CL?? Thanks for letting me vent!!

I love the Poly CL, but if I understood your post right now your friends you are traveling with are at the YC and you will be a the Poly? I would think that you would be better off staying at least in the same general area, with the Epcot resorts coming to mind because they are all within walking distance even if you aren't at the same resort. You won't be able to just hang out or pop into each others room or grab a snack/swim when you are at the Poly and they are at the YC. Unless you prefer this - sometimes that is a better option, depending on what kind of trip you have planned and how good of friends you are!! Plus you won't be able to swim at the same pool, if that matters. My preference would have been both at the same hotel, and if that is no longer an option one at the YC and one at the BC would be second because they are essentially just one large resort. But that's just me.

I think your friend should have immediately called Disney to find out what happened, and he might have been able to get his original room back if he truly did somehow lose it. It might be too late now, though, but he could still try. He night need a supervisor.

I hope you have a great trip however it works out!

Unfortunately, your options are a little pricey as they would include 2 CL rooms or possibly a suite (not sure what occupancy is for suites). With that said, depending on when you're going, you could possibly get a discount and while CL rooms at AKL are usually on the lower end (20% vs 30% for other room types), it would provide a little savings. Hopefully others might have some other suggestions .

I'm sorry about the mess up and your friend losing his BC CL room, but congrats on being able to snag Poly CL. I can't comment on CL as we haven't stayed CL at the Poly, but the Poly overall is amazing! The pool is one our favorites (even over SAB at BC/YC) and the new Oasis pool looks amazing, but the overall ambiance of the resort is so relaxing (IMO). As far as CL, I have read many positive reports, with the lounge being one of the best as far as views. I think the pools/overall atmosphere, along with the lounge, will make for a great trip. Hopefully others with Poly CL experience with chime in. Have fun planning .

I'm calling the number they gave me in their email, but I spent about an hour on hold yesterday, and I'm approaching 20 minutes again today. Is there even anyone on the other side?!

Hey! Thanks for the reply! I'm sorry if it's confusing, but we all booked at Poly!!! None of us have stayed there before, so everyone is excited. They did call and speak to a CM and there were just no CL rooms at BC for them to book. They said there was nothing they could do. I was looking forward to the BC pool, but we can always stay there next year.

I don't call IPO often (usually it is to give cc info) but I have never had to wait on hold for more than a couple of minutes. You could try 407-WDW-CLUB, if that goes to a different place I imagine they could also take your cc info. Or maybe email and ask if THEY can call YOU or give you suggestions based on your trouble. If your are in a time crunch and need to give them the info today and can't wait I guess you're kind of stuck. I'm always in a quandry - hang up and try again later or just hang on. I always imagine them answering immediately after I hang up!

Thank you!! You're always SO helpful!!!!! I'm loving the lounge! The view is truly amazing! I like the convenience of relaxing and watching the fireworks each night. My kids liked the pool too, although they said the slide looked scary lol I just hope this is the last time we switch!
