5 hour Keys to the Kingdom tour? I’m wiped !

Happiness is access to lounge via monorail and wine time


So many snacks !

Candy , cookies, chips , veggies , fruits , snack bags like pretzels, dips , snack bars, nuts etc!

Dd had always wanted to do it! It was a nice mix of the park, 2 rides and lunch, 2 surprise gifts too!

I’m just not good at standing still and listening. I felt like a 5 year old . That’s why I never wanted to go but I’m glad I did ! It was fun to do and memories made for sure!

Now I’m bribing the Disneyland version if she gives me a grandson next

I’ve had zero desire to make a Disney trip since our last one in July, but I’ll admit this particular set of pics is giving me FOMO! Sigh, I guess my wallet had a happy five-month run.

Polys food has improved. They had the cheesy potatoes like at GF RPC! It’s in a big skillet so can have as much as you want too! So many offerings breakfast and midday. Evening had a mix of appetizers plus the meats n cheeses with honeycomb.

4 red wines! Cabernet, Merlot , Pinot Noir and Malbec!

Desserts were cookies and other fun things but we went for the icecream sundaes! The vanilla icecream is so good! Toppings and whipped cream too!

I didn’t have the special punch yet! Tonight I will. It’s so Poly Special!

Staff has been good too. Things stocked, cleaned, and requests all with a smile.

The tour sounds interesting.
Glad you’re enjoying bc the lounge. I’ve never stayed poly CL but your pics and review are making me want to. Do you have any breakfast pics? Are they the same cheesy hashbrowns that they have at CR?

Wanted to note: I asked the concierge CM at AKL CL if they still call guests prior to their stay, and she enthusiastically said “Yes!” I told her we haven’t received a call the last few stays. She confirmed my phone number and said she was surprised we haven’t heard from them. Curious to see if we’ll receive calls for our upcoming CL stays.

Also, they changed the welcome chocolates since our last stay in March.

We were very impressed with the offerings though we had nothing to compare it to as first timers. No cheesy potatoes at breakfast but everything else was tasty. We had sundaes and watched the Halloween fireworks! I only wish they had dole whip in the lounge. Seems like a no brainer.

Are Grace and Michelle still in Hawaii check in? I gave them cast compliments because they were so amazing when I was sick. We want to do it again sometime so we can really appreciate it.

Lounge was less crowded tonight vs last night at 5p.

We did bus to HS and picked up at gf and seats still left .

Took skyliner hs to Epcot and wasn’t busy .

Waiting now Epcot mono .

A Walk In Walt’s Footsteps tour is great. You get to go inside his apartment over the firehouse & take a picture next to the lamp. A must do IMO.

Good morning from Poly Hawaii!

Of course I made a last minute change reservation at 10p last night! We were moving to CR garden wing but with the convenience of the online booking of BB , the resort view at poly finally showed up. It was $80 more not to have to move bags and have easy access to the lounge today so I’m glad that worked out,

@mrsap I am struggling to eat the appetizers lol. Thank goodness there’s icecream sundaes at night lol that’s been filling

Long time no post, hope everyone had a good TG! Has a beautiful stay at GF CL mid-Nov! Had a BB GF CL stay booked for end of Feb to do AH and get one last trip out of my AP (like not reneeing it will happen, haha), but….looking like I will be changing jobs early next year. Have been at my company 18 years, so I’m super nervous to switch, but the offer is so good that it would be a little stupid to turn it down. Gulp. Anyways, I will be able to cram in a quick trip during the first week of Feb while I use up remaining vaca days, and I was able to swap my BB to a 1 BR TPV suite club access at GF, can finally get Mom to AH and a nice dinner! How inconvenient is the outer building suite (not that it matters since there weren’t other BB rooms available for all the days)? Hoping to nab V&As for mom but missed the reservation drop so right now have CG. May switch to Citricos…

That tour is pretty awesome, and if you are a D23 member you could piggyback it off a tour of the Walt Disney Studios. I did that in March and it was super amazing to walk in Walt's footsteps, first at his offices at the Studio and then in the apartment at DL.
