Does anyone know if we can us a QS dining credit to get one of the sand pail kids meal from the food court?

I think they are doing bug spray stations around the parks and Disney springs, not leaving it in your room. You go to the station and use it there. You don't get a bottle to take with you or anything.

Actually it has been reported in other resorts and in articles that they are leaving a bottle in the rooms.

Actually it has been reported in other resorts and in articles that they are leaving a bottle in the rooms.

We had a bottle in our room when we checked in on Friday.

Some rooms are much closer than others to the parking lots. Adding "close to transportation" as one of your requests may help you get a room closer to the parking lot in the village you are assigned. Here is a copy of the map that may help:

You are never to far from parking at all. IMO, since the parking lots are so big, you will be rather close to your car and asking to be close to parking is probably not necessary.

I just got an email that Delta has changed my departure time. i was supposed to fly out at 7:50 am and now they have changed it to 5:50 am. Looking at website Magical Express departs three hours before takeoff that would be 2:50 am. How long would it take to get to airport if I used uber instead?

You are never to far from parking at all. IMO, since the parking lots are so big, you will be rather close to your car and asking to be close to parking is probably not necessary.

Kevin355 I think I have to agree now that I posted that map. All the buildings look close to parking.
We have only stayed at CBR once and it was way back in 1990. We were in Barbado building 13 and faced the parking lot. We drove that trip and we parked right outside our room. It was amazing to have super close access to our car and to the bus stop so that post was a reaction to that memory.

That stinks!!! I remember the last time we flew Delta, the same thing happened to us!
It seems like it takes forever on the ME, especially when you are on the ME trying to get to your resort but truly, it is about a 30-40 minute ride without traffic, depending on the route the bus takes it is 22-28 miles. And on the Delta website it shows "The recommended arrival time at the airport is 2 hours prior to departure when traveling within the United States." So 20-30 minutes difference may not be worth taking Uber.

We took a cab from AoA to MCO 2 weeks ago. It cost $57 and was about 30 minutes. Given that we drove past CBR, you are looking at about $55 to $60.

Thanks. 30 minutes is better than three hours. Although being cheap I would rather have the free, but oh well I will have just had a week at disney.

@Arkland have you thought about calling Delta to see if they can get you on a later flight on the same day.
When they changed ours, it was to our advantage but I am wondering if this would justify them allowing your to get on another flight later in the morning without a change charge since it was something that was out of your control. Just a thought

Haven't checked on that. Will look into it. Didn't know that was a possiblility. I made our airline reservations through american express so I could use our points that I had been saving for the trip. American Express was the one that alerted me to the change. When I went to my itinerary it showed a change. I will check with Delta and see if they can change us to a different flight.

The original articles said they were leaving it in the room but then I saw an update article towards the end of last week that said they were changing to stations around the resorts and parks where they had large community lotion bottles instead.
