Hello fellow ANZACS.

Planning seems to be all consuming at the moment.

I have been looking at some of the tours that Disney has on offer http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/plan/tours.htm has anyone done these? And are they worth it?

I am particularly interested in the "Welcome to Disneyland Resort Tour", as might be a good introduction.

Under the other tours listed there is reference to a "premium" and the rate for the tour is cheaper. Does anyone know what this means? We are booked into a "premium view con" room, is this that?

Thanks so much.

I believe what you are referring to is the rate for Premium Annual Pass holders. I haven’t done any tours so I can’t give you any feedback about them. Hope that helps.

We have done the walk in Walts footstep tour and thoroughly enjoyed it, and definitely thought it was worth it :)

I believe the premium discount is for those with an annual passport. Are you a member of an automotive club?? In qld we have RACQ and we can use that card to get the AAA discount ;)

We've done the holiday tour, it was lovely and the hot chocolate and seat for the parade was nice but unfortunately for us it rained so we didn't get to see the parade. Would have been great to have priority seating for the full parade.

Do you have kids? I think my kids aged 13 and under may have gotten a bit bored and I wouldn't bother if I had my kids with me, but if dh and I ever go by ourselves I will do the walk in walts footsteps tour.

Yes, I have a 10 year old who has the developmental age of a 4-5 year old. Might not bother? Although the parade would be good.

Thanks everyone for your responses. Think I might give them a go. Hubby wanted an "overview" so he could get his bearings, maybe we could just do the welcome one.thanks again
