Disneyland Reopening Speculation Superthread

My friend and I decided we needed fake passports so we could go. :-) Sadly, we don't know anyone that makes them....
I sell fake passports through my Etsy shop @fakepassportsRUs. Generally, Western European books go for around $299 apiece (bitcoin or cash only). Please provide two photos and a preferred name and nationality. I also sell passports to non-existent countries for only $49.95 — KandyLand, for example. The problem is that passport agents will often ask “X-land? I’ve never heard of X-land. Where is it?” At that point, you’ll be on your own. Your freedom will depend solely on your ability to lie - just as it often is in real life.

No returns, refunds or questions asked.

Don't forget that website that "sells" you a square foot of land in Scotland, and then bestows a title onto you. So WonkaKid would now be Lord WonkaKid.... get that and then you'll have the best fake passport everrrr!

Same! I’m a little jealous haha! But honestly we won’t consider going until cases go down anyways. Like previous folks said it’s better to not have the temptation- my heart says go and my brain says no!
Same! I just wish all this virus stuff would go away so we can get back to normal. I want my Disneyland back lol

They opened the San Diego Wild Animal park too... i think the SD zoo too but not entire sure about that one. I saw the Disney Food Blogs video and post about the wild animal park when it opened which is why I had hope that DL would open.

We went to the San Diego Zoo this past Sunday. It was great. EVERYONE wore masks. Employees and ALL guests. It was VERY easy to stay away from people. It was a really nice experience actually. We got to sit on a bench and leisurely watch all of the orangutans eat their breakfast.

Good to know. I was thinking about a day trip there later in the summer. Hopefully the numbers will improve by then

Do you think there is any chance, when DTD opens next week, that they will bring out their snack carts? Popcorn? Mickey Pretzel?
I really miss Disney popcorn most of all.

Also passholders are being charged for 4 months worth of payments at WDW. 😳
Idk how monthly payments work but I would encourage anyone who can to put DLR on a credit card so you have a level of protection in case they “glitch” DLR APs as well. Apparently the WDW AP page has some sad tales of people screwed going into the holiday weekend now with overdrawn bank accounts. At least on a credit card they would have been able to dispute the charge while Disney tries to get it together and wouldn’t be out the cash right now.

(Disney is claiming it’s an IT error that happened after a system update and that they will refund people, I don’t know the timeline. But that obviously doesn’t help those who just had checking accounts drained by the unauthorized charge. And it was unauthorized. They said they wouldn’t charge until 7/11 and they said they would charge for the extensions monthly after the originally scheduled payment plan was done.

Honestly, as much as I too love Disneyland popcorn, I think they should minimize things that will cause people to be walking around mask-less. People wondering around munching popcorn & pretzels would mean people wondering around with no masks.

Yes I do this already! All of my subscriptions, including Disney pass are on my credit card. Same with buying things like postmates or door dash because sometimes they put a hold on your account and don’t want money in my checking account held up.

Yeah, I’ve thought this too. We were at Target yesterday and there were so many people not wearing their masks because they had a Starbucks in their hand.

That’s also what’s been happening at DSprings and Universal Orlando. As long as a person is carrying food or a drink, they can’t be asked to wear their mask.
