It's been a busy day but I managed to get a few minutes to post a picture for today. Robert TG has forced me to post another one from Soarin'. The funny thing about this is that as I'm sitting here listening to VF radio, the Soarin' with GPWS extended track just came on. Nice shot, Robert!

Does anyone have a picture of the river that you soar over, with the canoe floaters and fisherman? That is my favorite part, I love the pine trees!!!

And while I'm asking for favors, does anyone know where that river is? I would love to go there someday!!!!

Pardon the feet hanging at the top! These shots are pretty hard to get without something goofed up in them. I could be wrong but maybe it's the Merced River?

I was thinking it's a little wide for the American River. It could be the Truckee River too. The trees also look like the type that grow in the Russian Rver area.

Hmmm....where can we find out for sure? I had forgotten about the Truckee, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if it is the Russian River.

Anyway, this is the closest I'll ever get to flying in one of these.

So you guys got me curious and I had to research the different parts of California that Soarin' covers, and you know what? The scene with the oranges is the city (Camarillo!) where I work, about 10 minutes from my house! Who knew?! I guess you learn something new everyday...

Too bad it's a housing track now, but that still made me excited!!!!
