There will be a t-shirt exchange booth at the expo. It's usually pretty close to the actual t-shirt pick-up spots. It's based on availability and depends on who has traded in certain sizes. If they don't have what you're looking for, just wait around for a bit until someone exchanges the size you want. I've always had luck even if I had to wait for a while for the right size to show up.

That's actually a cool concept. They could make a generic runDisney bag like that and it would be a nice way to show off a medal in the parks without wearing it all day and getting neck strain (and banging and clanging it until it falls apart)
The medal thing is partly why I bought it. I love it because I’m always carrying a bag around with my mobility device now. And I can keep it in that pouch showing it off
With all the shipping problems happening right now I suspect it might not be that they didn’t order them but it didn’t arrive on time
