I got the email last year they were available at 3:23 est. Who knows if that means anything for what time they hit the button or do whatever they need to do to make them available this year. I keep checking and not in there yet.
Didn't get nearly enough useful information here to figure out much. Would just use POT/pace as best estimate although if you had a three digit bib, isn't that usually for people with sub 2:00 POTs?

Yes. I have a friend who hasn't run as many RunDisney races and submitted a 10K time for the half that equates to a sub 2:00 half. I'm confident in my corral but hers is right on the cusp and I was just curious how the bibs at Halloween shook out. I miss the days of printed expo guides that I could refer back to.
Disney cannot punish you for purchasing something they sold in the parks on ebay or a secondary market. However, they have been known to revoke annual passes/magic keys from resellers on the secondary market as it is against the terms of service to purchase something in the park and resell it online, especially at a price increase.
Those were the fire item of the merch area. As a CM was coming out with new ones, there was a flood of people trying to find "their size." All they seemed to be holding enough of were XS.
I heard those sold out in 20 minutes! I really wanted one and was bummed…Tell that to the Dopey "I did it" hoodies a couple weeks ago
Most of them sold out during the club time. I got in with someone else thankfully so I was able to get a large. But I got one of the few remaining ones at that point. Though you wouldn't know that by the way everyone was huddling by the Dopey Merch section...
this is where a lot of those expo purchases end up sadly…$265!!!! Wow! 
This is why Disney is cracking down on the magic key holders reselling merchandise by revoking it and then banning them from the parks.I guess it’s just too lucrative to buy and resell
This will be my first runDisney event. Is it possible to change shirt sizes during bib pick-up? Or do you just have try and find someone to trade with? I didn't know they were going to be long-sleeve and I'm on the taller side, so I'll prob need to size up from L to XL.
Yes, you can change sizes when you pick up your shirts so long as there is stock available. There were a few people last Jan doing it so it's not uncommon.
