So "71" seems to be catching. The number of miles ran and the year WDW opened seems to have a resonance.

I'm also thinking Dopey (the character) is one of the Seven Dwarfs, and this is 7 races. Is there a way to incorporate that?

I secured my Enchant Key today in addition to Dopey, so the pockets are pretty empty. I am flying into LA the Monday before the race so I wanted to be able to go into the parks after remote work since I'll be logging off early with the time difference. I'll probably buy a Saturday ticket out of pocket. I figured the 10% food and 20% merch discount would pay for the pass alone, with the way I have been slinging Disney my money lately This runDisney hobby sure is expensive!

Dopey to Disneyland 71? That way we incorporate both Dopey, the opening year of WDW and Disneyland which makes the 71 possible.

I've been referring to it as Dopey to Dumbo but using emojis lol. It's also not quite Dumbo because we're also doing the 5K.

Also I don't like the character Dopey haha. But that's a personal thing. Hmmmm...

I missed the previous week's WAFDL so here's a twofer!

WAFDL #1 - I have the Run for the Wild 5k at the Bronx Zoo coming up the last Sat of April (my 9th year doing it!). I'm holding on real tight to that #2 fundraiser spot!



Then I have the 5 Borough Bike Tour on 5/7 and the George Washington Bridge Challenge 10k on 6/4.

WAFDL #2 - I'm not participating in the C2C/Dumbo/Dopey craziness but I'm a fan of the Club 71 name!
