Disneyland food for ESRD patient using CKM instead of dialysis

We are hoping to bring our son with ESRD to DL in Aug for OBB. He has done it previous years and loved it. He is a conservative kidney management patient and will not be doing dialysis. We are looking for healthiest options for foods. I have been reading menus to find items but am looking for help.

We were hoping for Storytellers but there are no dates up yet. I’m hoping that they are not eliminating the dinner, I noticed Hearthstone lounge has a big menu now.

Any ideas on best spots for healthy foods - thanks
