So maybe I'm just missing something, but this site is so confusing. I thought there was an area to store your "Favorites" and then you can create a custom map with all the stuff laid out. Where did that go? I know I've seen it? I had all the stuff saved as favorites. I was just going in to print it. I can't find it!

Also everytime I enter my reservation number in the site, it never finds it. I call and I'm in their system, but it never shows up on the Disneyland website. It says, "Let's try that again...Sorry, we are not able to display the requested reservation at this time". I guess I am mainly just venting about that.

Has anyone else experienced issues with this site?

I've booked three different trips under with the Disneyland website. And I've never been able to bring up any of my reservations. I always have to call.

Look under My Saved Offers. When it comes up, there is a menu on the left side of screen which lists My Favorites, but none of mine are coming up.

I had te same problem the other day after saving like a hundred favorites I could find no way to get to them!!!

Here's how I finally got them...

Under the BOOK tab at the top of the page - select My Saved Offers.
On the next screen that comes up you should have a side menu link that reads My Favorites. This takes you to the place where your favorites are listed and allows for you to make and print customized maps.

I was also logged in to My Disneyland..not sure if that had anything to do with it...

It sucks that the site isn't very good. They should have it so you can view your reservation.

Yep! My Favorites are NOT coming up! I think the My Favorites used to be more visible link on the page. It's like hidden now. And none of the attractions have that - add to my favorites link. They must have changed something. I want my list!
