I'm a WDW AP and must admit that I don't really notice those things. I don't really think there is much AP only merchandise except for the occasional special event.Lots of WDW AP-only merch, or not?

That's a pretty MB. If I had been eligible, I would have bought that one.I was a WDW AP for the 2010s - to me, it felt like there was more outright AP merch available at WDW than at DLR, but it might be because of four parks instead of two and more regular events. For example, every EPCOT festival has a shirt and an item of some kind - as do most park events (anniversaries, etc). I don't know if they still do this, but they used to have a bunch of passholder-only MagicBands, too.
I'm surprised by how little DLR seems to market Magic Key on merchandise. It seemed like they used to have more ways to show off your membership during the DLR AP era. (There were times at WDW where you could buy AP logo merch - I didn't buy anything, but I loved the early/mid-10s AP design in particular.)
I'm still surprised that they don't sell an MK-branded MB+. I thought the first design was unappealing (hence why I think it didn't sell, and I don't know why they ordered so many of them), but there was a second one that was really nice - but they only sold it for two or three months (if that). Yet the Story of Celebration tour (which includes PTN viewing) has openings available on July 5. The tour is also available on July 4 and on Pride Nites. I think whomever uploaded the calendar for the tour just put a start and stop date and didn't remove any days when the parade wouldn't take place. I wonder if they will add anything to the tour on the days that they don't have PTN viewing.Update on PTN package. I have been able to see availability for all my park days, but on July 5th it has not been showing when reservations opened at 6:00 am PT or the 1.5 hours since. Not only is the availability not showing, the calendar shows July 5th as a crossed out unavailable date. I have tried both the app and the website. I have also tried going through the dining reservations page and the direct PTN package page.
July 5th is NOT on the dates of unavailability per the schedule - those dates are June 14, 15, 16, 18, July 4, and August 17.
I'm assuming this is a glitch, so I will keep checking.
I've noticed several recent issues on the website. The week of 6/16 is also not loading park hours. They must be having some updating issues.Yet the Story of Celebration tour (which includes PTN viewing) has openings available on July 5. The tour is also available on July 4 and on Pride Nites. ETA: PTN is not scheduled for June 16 - the first Pride Nite according to the PTN calendar
Very cool! Thanks for keeping us up to date! So exciting!
Ugh!DL is still showing July 5th as a block out date for the Plaza Inn PTN package! It is not listed as a block out on the event page. I called DL about it and they said it's likely a mistake and would eventually be fixed. That's the one date I most want to book the package. Frustrating!
I wonder what the issue is? This is the second time they have pushed it back.Small World was supposed to open tomorrow with the new verse. Now it is pushed back to 5/13.
I thought the new verse is being held until the official July anniversary date. That's what I've been reading on a lot of blogs. The Coco update to the Mexico scene is supposed to have been installed for the May reopening though, right?Small World was supposed to open tomorrow with the new verse. Now it is pushed back to 5/13.
Oh really? I missed that. So it won't be until July 17?I thought the new verse is being held until the official July anniversary date. That's what I've been reading on a lot of blogs. The Coco update to the Mexico scene is supposed to have been installed for the May reopening though, right?
Yeah, I can't find the official Disney press release on the topic anymore, but the blogs and news outlets are all reporting July 17.Oh really? I missed that. So it won't be until July 17?
