Cross your fingers that the class we want is still open tomorrow!! :worship:
I am waiting on "official approval" from the boss before we can register.

No, you can't save these tickets. They are only good 7 days before and 7 days after the class.

I was under the impression it was 7 days before and after the arrival date you set. We are planning on staying for 2 weeks with the class being in the last week. Is it not possible to spread out our tickets to the park anymore?

That is correct 7 days prior to arrival and 7 days after departure. But tickets can not be saved for a future trip say in 90 days or next year.

I am going to ask something that I am quite certain has been addressed already. Forgive me but I didn't take the time to read over this entire thread. When does the individual enrollment for 2012 begin? Any tips or additional info will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

My apologies. I thought the arrival day was the class day.

I checked the site this morning and the class was open. I got the approval from my boss this afternoon. I went back online to register and the class had closed. :sad1: I am literally crying. I don't know what we are going to do.

So sorry, fingers crossed for something to work out for you. Sometimes they open up new classes, that happened this year. We booked in March for our August trip, a load of the August classes filled up and in May or June they added more classes.

I agree, I went in one day and no classes. Two weeks later they opened three more classes and one worked for our child's age. Keep watching!

I haven't looked into this for awhile and realized that they had changed some of the rules. I thought in the past you could buy as many tickets as you needed when you enrolled in the individual enrollment. It seems that now it is a 3 kid, 3 adult rule. If there are 3 kids and 6 adults, do we need to enroll each family separately? Example: enroll 1 kid with 2 adults in three separate transactions? Are there any downsides to doing this besides the class closing before getting all 3 kids enrolled?

So sorry to hear this - something similar happened to me. I didn't register the day registration opened for my class, and then it closed before I got into it. I was sick about it, because the class sounded awesome and we would've saved a lot of money. Don't completely give up hope - they did add a new class that my child will like during our trip, but it took a long time (a couple months I think). Just keep watching if you can. Good luck!

We are going down Feb 17th to the 25th, is there a chance there will be classes during this time?

Also, when should I be looking for disney to add february dates if they are going to have classes then?

I would love to get our kids in one and get the discounted tickets!!

Thanks!
Amanda

We are going next month on the 23rd of September to the Science in Synergy class and I was just wondering if anyone else is registered for this class with us? Just curious I guess.

Is there a special link i can go to to see open enrollment ? Sorry i couldn't read the entire thread. Thanks

Final few questions for anyone who has done a class already.:)

Forgive me.. we leave in 36 hours to drive 6 hours and spend 2 nights in another city for a wedding. After driving another 6 hours we get on a plane to go to Disney! So I am in the middle of last minute prep with all of the packing, cat sitter stuff, getting the back to school stuff ready, wedding outfits, blah blah blah...
So I am a little frantic and wanted to check .. What do I need for the day of the class?
My email confirmation, tickets.. Is that it? Do I want water bottles (don't know if we'll be outside at all)? Do we need to bring photo I.D. for everyone? Do we need to bring the credit card we purchased the tickets with?

I just want to prepare everything now so I don't forget a thing:)

Great questions pigletto, I didn't thik of email confirmation and ID
Can I add another question? If we're supposed to meet our class outside MK, how do we find them? Are there CMs holding signs?

I would bring the email confirmation, tickets and ID for the lead adult at least.

We met at the flagpole at Epcot for our class. The leaders had on light blue polo shirts, but the color may be different for every park.
