How can September 30th registration be closed due to capacity when it can't be selected for purchase?

I really want October 10th Synergy in Science and I don't want to miss the window.

Any suggestions?

You know when I did click the sign up now link the dates we not available. But when I clicked purchase ticket package I was able to sign up for the class there. The class I got was Disney's Ocean Discoveries at Epcot WDW, Sept 12

I need Everyday Chemistry on the 10th and it's not listed for purchase either...only Oct. 11 and 14 are listed....wonder if it will be added on the purchase page at a later date or if they are not having them on the 10th now! Also I wonder if they are gonna add more oct. dates??? Don't want to change my plans around and sign up for the 11th and then have them open up another Wild By Nature(my kids so want to do that one)

Thanks for the tip on clicking the other button. When I did that I see what you saw but the October 10th date isn't there

The extra dates on the main page don't show up either.

I've sent an email. Hopefully, someone will get back to me.

Thank you to DISers that PMed me to let me know to click the Buy Ticket Packages instead of the Register Now.

It worked. I signed us up. But it looks like they have changed a few things. They only allow one adult per child. Fortunately that is all we need. And there was not a mail option. You got an immediate confirmation page that YOU HAVE TO PRINT (so be prepared) and use to pick up your tickets.

I like having tickets in hand. It makes the trip feel more REAL!

We just got in for the Sept 23rd Everyday Chemistry class at EPCOT. We are excited about the opportunity for the class.

I did not see an an option to have the tickets shipped. We will just pick up them up.

After I saw Sept 30th closed, I was afraid to wait until the Y.E.S. office opened at 9am.

It looks like there are still openings for the other dates.

were you able to buy multiple tickets or just for the adult/child attending. it doesn't seem to be giving me the option to buy 2 additional tickets for my wife and younger daughter. Also i didn't see the mail option either that a lot of people were talking about.

I ordered 4 tix even though we only have one student attending a class.

You have to enter all names of kids and adults on the first page.
Then check the box on a later screen telling the people that will attend the program. I checked 2 boxes and left 2 boxes unchecked for a total of 4 tickets.

Welcome to Disney Youth Education Series Individual Enrollment 2011!

SELECT PROGRAMS OF INTEREST
On this page, you can select the programs and dates you are interested in. Program enrollment status is indicated on the right. Please note the age limits for students.

Tips:
Select your trip arrival and departure dates and you can limit your selections to programs available during those dates. Your tickets will be valid 7 days prior to your planned arrival date through 7 days after your planned departure date. NOTE: Multi-day tickets do not need to be used on consecutive days.

It's better to select ALL the programs you may be interested in before the next step.

Important: Please note student age limits when making your program selection. Students under the age of 13 must be accompanied in the program by an adult. Students age 13 and up may attend a program without an adult, but must be signed in by an adult. Adult not accompanying a 13-plus student in the program MUST remain in the theme park. In order to maintain the magic and safety within each program, the specified age is not flexible.

NOTE: Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the form and received a printable confirmation page and confirmation email


SPECIFY PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
Please provide the first names and ages of students/youth, who will be participating in the programs.

Provide the name of the primary Adult registrant.

You can enter the names of up to three (3) additional adult/chaperons in your group ‐ immediate family members and adult chaperons only. Important: You cannot register more adults than there are students. (e.g. If there are two students you can register no more than two adults).

Select your program(s) and indicate which participants will attend each program. Please note student age limits when making your program selections.

Each participant will receive one program included in their ticket package. For additional program selections $26.00 per person per program will be added to the total cost.

Premium Packages: For the ultimate in flexibility, select the Premium Package. One-day ticket is only available to Florida residents.
Additional programs can be arranged and purchased using this form for an additional fee of $26.00 per person per program.
Transportation to the Disney Youth Education Series Program is the responsibility of the adult chaperon.
Participation in scheduled Disney Youth Education Series Program is required to utilize the Disney Youth Education Series discounted packages. I had to actually enter my Arrival and Departure Dates and click "Update Listing" in order for my desired Programs/Dates to come up.

I just called and spoke to a rep who said they are having systems glitches with the new system. Has anyone been able to purchase tickets for more adults than children because even with one child participating you should be able to get tickets for the immediate family however the website keeps saying that we cannot purchase beyond the 2 people participating.

The guy I spoke with said they are working on fixing this issue was anyone else able to purchase tickets for more adults than children

Thanks for the tip. I tried entering my arrival and departure dates (Oct 4 - Oct 11) but the updated listing only shows Oct 11th?

I'm really hoping they just haven't updated some of the dates.

Just before checking back here now, I tried to register for 10 tickets (2 families of 5) but it would only let me move forward with 4 tickets for the 2 children and 2 adults registered.

I was afraid that was a new policy...glad to read above thaat it is a glitch. Was also wanting an Oct 10th class, but it is not showing up...anyone know why?

I was caught a little off guard by registration opening today since Ashley had told me by phone that it would open late Spring/early Summer.

We just registered for Oct 17th online We were lucky because we had 2 adults and two kids so it let me order the tickets online but I think the glitch is still there. I had to add my 5 year olds name even though she isn't attending the class..and then unclicked her and I for the actual class....I am super excited

Add everyone's names the 2 adults and 2 kids (even your younger daughter) then on the next screen only click on the names of the child and adult that will attend the class. It will then allow you to buy tickets for all 4 in your party.
