Disney Wonder Theatre Show Times

I was wondering, what were the show times to Hercules -- A Muse-ical Comedy, Disney Trivia Game Show, and Disney Dreams? Also, do they interfer with the 8:30pm dinner time. And is there any good tips for good seating and are able to make all the shows.
