The banking business is one business that is always changing. If you can go with the flow and deal with meetings you can do very well. That's how my ex-boss kept moving up. I imagined him like a chess player, making his moves up the corp. ladder and man, he was already working for Chase before the Chase/ Bank One Merger. He might be in OH. Kim Graves. Funny thing is, his wife's name is Quinn. It was weird working for a guy that had my middle name.

hey guys! i've been a little mia. been a lot going on lately. but if the 6 of you that said you wanted post cruise cds (lisa, vicki, taeja, suzanne, erica and lori) want to get me your addresses that'd be great. i'm going to start making them.

my parents called from st thomas today. what losers!

hey guess what we get to do though! the wonder is going to be up our way in october (i'm sure you guys know that) in va. it's going to be about 3 hours away. my mom said they saw balwan today (our server) and he said that if we came down he'd give us a tour of the ship!

OMG How cool is that. That is an opportunity I wouldn't miss. I will pm you my address too

i know! i'm so excited. my dad was iming me from the ship yesterday and they were coming to my phone so i could respond well. i was trying to ask if we could go. and so when my mom called today i asked. and she said what balwan had said. i'm so excited!

Personally, I'd vote for Eastern but if everyone wants Western I will definitely go with that. My only reason for this choice is that I have been to the Cayman Islands. Also, we have to see what DCL is even offering for '08!

What does everyone else want?

I would rather do eastern - but I agree if the boat says Disney what do I care. Actually, if the boat leaves the port I am pretty happy.

I have a question for all you moms out there.....I think I failed my pregnancy test. It said I wasn't, but I am a WEEK late. I took it 3 days ago. Should I take it again? Maybe my body got confused with all of the excitement.....

i know! last week was just really crazy. between my tooth and getting my parents to the airport and the whole christmas thing. not much, there's a very good chance we're still going to go which is good. i'm happy. been kind of a slow lonely week. and more of the same next week till i go to disney. i got my haircut yesterday. 3 inches off... eeek!

yeah. hayley decided to stay. so since it was her decision now we have to decide what we want to do. she said we could still go and pointed out we'd only get home a few days after her. she will get home the 23rd and us the 26th. so it's not that long she'll be by herself and we can just do christmas later. we're going to talk about it next weekend (me, heidi, mom and dad) since we have to know for sure by oct 2nd.

my hair isn't any shorter than i've had before. i hadn't gotten it cut since december. and that was just a trim i was trying to grow it out. and i got tired of that and wanted to go back to a little shorter. it sits on my shoulders now. just wanted a change. i've been through a lot lately and i feel like i'm starting over in a way. i'm not sure if i like it. everyone says it's cute. and it's not horrible. i guess it's just a little different.
