Well, it's time to take the kids to cross-country practice. Can you believe they'll have to keep up their running while on the ship? They obviously get their running ability from their father!

Maybe the Pirate goodie exchange is tricky (or it would have been set by now) and we ought to start the figuring now. Then post it on the first page when its decided and then a finalized list of everything a week early (don't some leave for WDW before the cruise?). I guess we need Dawn's input for goodie bag planning. Last I heard there was talk of a coffee shop meeting to make up the bags. That sounded good to me but maybe if lots of people are up getting coffee and empty lounge would work better. If we know the time and spot we can figure out who can make it and who can't and if you can't make it you can hookup the night before with one of the ones who can make it (or give to Dawn if not too overwhelming). They can take your stuff to make the goodie bags and hang onto the ones made for your kids until you get a chance to drop by their room to pick up the bags.

Well, I've been taking a relaxed view of this, but it would be less stress onboard if we had a specific time. Last I heard, Cove Cafe on the morning we're at Nassau was discussed. Does anyone have a preference for time? I can't imagine it would take more than an hour. Would someone volunteer to take the items from the people who can't make it to the swap? Ironically, I won't be available. Is everyone who signed up for goodies part of the linked seating? If not, we'll have to arrange to pick up goody bags also.

Not mine. My husband and son will be wearing nice shirts and dressy pants, but no jacket. For my son, it will probably be the nice outfit I got him for the bar mitzvah we attended earlier this year. For my husband, probably a button-up shirt and slacks. He *might* bring a suit. I wouldn't count on it, though.

For DH - it sounds like dress pants (one pair), khakis (2 pair?), dress shirt with tie, and polo shirts.

Oh, duh, I've been watching too many detective shows. That's something you'd see on there--"It hit me at 4:30am. I don't think the kids had food poisoning! I think the ex-girlfriend poisoned them, to cover up the fact that she had been seen digging in the garden the day that the boyfriend disappeard!" Duh duh duuuuuuuuh!

My understanding from the boards is that the Cove Cafe is fairly desserted in the morning.

We have planned on 9am the Nassau day in Cove Cafe.

If you cannot make it, several of us are willing to get your stuff from you and then get the bags back to you prior to dinner on Pirate night

Check, I'll add that to my info as well. I think there are only two or possibly three of us who can't make that, should we be individually responsible for finding people to take our stuff? Or does everyone think it would be easier to have one person do it?
