So I ordered (on 7/18) the create your own tees that were on sale. Well, they didn't approve the slogan I put on the tee. They charged my Amex but never sent me notification that they were denying my design. I called guest services and they said they would not honor the original prices even though I explained that I never received the e-mail.
I am so furious

They always like to brag about service and what not.
It won't ruin my trip but I am disappointed. I reallly do not have the time now to make t-shirts. We are out of town every weekend between now and the cruise and it's just not possible for me to do during the week.
I am going to watch e-bay for some cute matching shirts. I found one I like but she didn't have 5 in the sizes I needed
