Things are coming together better than I thought.

My uncle (the one who is basically my landlord) offered to add Tom and I to the health insurance through the family business he inherited from my grandfather... whenever I told him about our plans.

Pretty nifty, we could still keep health insurance!

Yep. I told him we were going, he's sat and talked quite a bit to Tom before (Uncle served Vietnam-- had a lot of questions for Tom about how things were now vs. then!) and he said something about how maybe, knowing the deal with my dad, it would benefit me to get married. Knowing he felt that way made it easy to tell him- he was thrilled!

Anyone else have anything exciting going on??

Exciting?? Well...my junior year is over in 2 weeks...then it's one more year til the big graduation!!! And a Walt Disney World trip is comin up...may 10th through the 18th! If that counts as exciting?

That's great!!! The church looks nice!!!!!

The only excting thing we are doing, Amanda and I are taking another french class. This one will just be french not the culture.

Bummer, I'd demand samples! How else will you know what you'll erally like?

(I ordered something once-- just a complete guess as to what it was-- and it was like a thin crust pizza with no sauce, just sliced onions and a sprinkle of parmesean and romano cheeses )


...I just found out someone I used to work with (we were friends but he moved an hour away when his parents bought him a franchise to manage) passed away last night. I've heard two things-- heart attack and that he just stopped breathing and was unable to be revived. He was 23.

We found out yesterday, it was the flu!



So scary. Tom and I were reading articles earlier this year about people dying from the flu but never really imagined... So crazy to know Gage, who was CRAZY full of life (you couldn't be in the same mall with Gage and not know he was there!) is gone over something like the FLU!

Wow that's a shame and scary too!!!! I had the flu and was sick in bed for 2 weeks and still sick 2 weeks after that!!!!
