I was curious if anyone was interested in trying to get a group brunch at Palo. We were unable to get a brunch reservation for the two of us (we keep checking everyday), but if there are 10 others (18 years +) who would be interested in booking brunch in the private dining room, I would be happy to take the lead and see if there is still a date available.

It would cost $20/person (just like brunch in the regular Palo area). If you already have a Palo brunch, the private room would replace that reservation. Anyone interested? Let me know!

We would certainly be interested, but I think it may depend on what day you would be able to grab (I can't think off hand as to why a certain day wouldn't work, but I thought I would put that disclaimer out there). We're currently scheduled for Day 7 (at 11:30), so if you want to tell whomever you speak with that our Day 7 reservation would be freed up by the group, feel free.

So... I was planning on a gift for each family. I hope that is okay with everyone. That is how I have always done it in the past.

From what I remember being discussed earlier, it was assumed that that was an option, and it's certainly fine by us.

LOL I love the disclaimer! So noted. Brunch is only on sea days and i will get final confirmation from you before finalizing anything -- IF we get enough people and there is availability, of course.

Thanks for your interest. It's a fun way to get to do something special that requires a big group and meet fellow DIS'ers.

If we get 12 people, when I submit the formal request they will assign us an available day (provided there still is one). It will be a sea day for sure, other than that, it is an unknown. If you join us for the group brunch, they will automatically replace your existing reservation with your group brunch reservation (only 1 brunch/person is allowed).

Your Tuesday brunch ressie will not be affected at all if we are not able to get the private room for brunch.

Let me know if I can add you to the list. That would be 8 and it would be GREAT to have you!

Dreams, the Miller Family and HWWeber groups would join in on the Palo group Brunch. There are 5 adults in those two groups. We currently have an 11:00 AM Day 3 Palo Brunch reservation for the five of us that we would be giving up. However, I dont want to give up our current reservation unless you are for sure able to get that large table reserved. A big group meal sounds fun though. I hope you are able to pull that off.

Okay, so, here's what we need to do, I am going to submit the formal request on everyone's behalf. I have been told that I need to submit the following for everyone who wants to join us (at this point, those listed above):

• Guest first name and last name
• Reservation number
• Stateroom number

I completely understand if you do not want to post the above information (as I would not either), so please send me a PM as soon as possible. Once I have the information from all 11 of you, I will submit it and hopefully (fingers crossed) we can secure the private room at Palo for brunch during our cruise and have a fun DIS brunch!

If you have an existing Palo brunch, DO NOT cancel it. If we are granted our request, DCL will handle that part. If we are not granted our request, you will still have your individual Palo brunch reservation.

Our request for brunch in Palo's private room has been submitted. Now, we just wait --- and keep our fingers crossed.
