Disney Wonder Mexican Riviera - December 4th 2011

I have updated the rosters with the new room numbers. Please double check and ensure that they are correct-i am human and tend to make mistakes!

Our info is correct. Thanks for doing this!

Hi Judy!

Just saw that your hotel is in Los Al/Cypress. When are you guys getting into town? We live in Cypress. Let me know if you need anything.

Hi, Lori-ann,

We will get in the afternoon of Dec 3rd. Having dinner at the Rainforest Cafe with the other four in our group (we're coming from different parts of the country and meeting there). You are welcome to join us if you like. It would be great to have your contact information in case we forget something and need directions.

Thanks for your offer. See you soon!

Hi, Liz, welcome aboard!

Please check out the Roll Call list and send your information to Sarah, her board name is: hamm1207. The link to the Roll Call is on her posts.

You need 10 posts to send private messages so just say hi to everyone or ask questions and you'll have 10 posts before you know it.

Again, welcome aboard.

Thanks Judy! 2 down, 8 more to go!

Hi, Shanna,

A cabin crawl is where you view a cabin in each category. You start at deck one and end at deck eight. You have volunteers for each category and they usually have a treat in their room. Its an opportunity to visit and see the different categories.

Hope this helped.

Thanks Judy!

O.k. that makes sense, and sounds fun.
That would be especially fun to do if someone had one of the large suites. It would be interesting to see what they look like in person. I've seen pictures and even youtube clips, but it would be fun to actually go inside one. At last check, online, I saw that both 2bd. suites are vacant and one royal sutie is vacant, along with several 1bd suites. Both royal suites were vacant the day before the cabin assignments, so I wonder if someone was upgraded the next day?
From what I've read, it really doesn't matter where you lay your head at night, these Disney Cruises are magical and fun and we are so looking forward to our first cruise.

See you soon,
Shanna:santa:

Here's a little something I whipped up from a picture I took on a prior cruise (9 years ago!). Are you in the mood yet?

Okay, I admit I'm bored, and out of the country missing my DW and kids... Here's another one with a few added "layers". Although I'm not new to Photoshop I've never done anything like this before (be kind).

I LOVE it! Would make great postcards and magnets... :) hey, you should their some holiday decorations in the palm trees too...?

Thanks! I think I will be making some magnets. If anyone wants to use this image, feel free (with the exception of the sunset, it is composed of publicly available images anyway).

By the way, Walt Disney, if he were alive today, would be celebrating his 110th birthday on day 2 of our cruise, December 5th. I was wondering what to call our cruise to differentiate it from all the other cruises, and I think that's a good way to do it.

I think we should celebrate his birthday on the cruise somehow!

I will update rosters after work today (add some more room numbers). We adopted a cat on monday (an orange tabby named Tigger) and it has been a littlecrazy with our 6yr old cat!

One a previous cruise, a disboards friend got a bunch a family reunion buttons when they checked in...one for each disboarder. Maybe we could all request a birthday celebration button and write Walt's name on it.

Hi All!

We got our docs yesterday! Has anyone else gotten theirs? Makes it so much more exciting!!

Have a great day.

We just got are docs too!! I did the cruise docs dance!! Super excited! What is it now...37 days?!

When I got home yesterday the cruise docs were in our mailbox.
