Disney visa... redeeming rewards?

Hi everyone! Ok, so I am leaving for Disney in 4 days and I just remembered I have a Disney visa that has rewards dollars on it. I called Disney visa and they said they can mail me a card w/ my reward dollars on it, and I would receive it in 10 days. Well, too late. The receptionist told me I can also go to DTD's guest relations to pick up my reward dollars card. Has anyone done this? Do you know if it's the guest relations in West Side or Marketplace?

Guest Relations in on the Marketplace side...I think near Team Mickey's...I just remember it is near the restrooms (not the one near Ghirardelli's).

It's small and easy to overlook.

Last year when I was there they were in the process of moving it to a more visible location. Does anyone know if that happened?

All of the parks have a guest relations location as well.

sorry, DOnt... however I do know that if you keep your old reward card they can automatically add the amount to that. (via computer) so that it would be immediate.

I was glad to know this because last time when I used our old one up, I threw it away...

FYI -- they do have an expiration date on the cards. So you can add and use points only until the card expires, then you have to replace it. But otherwise you are right.

That's exactly where it is!! I ran all over the place the last time. The Visa guy told me I could get a card right at my resort....Wrong! My resort told me any guest relations in any park....Wrong! Downtown Disney!!!! You can use the card anywhere, which is great...Free money!!!

We were at guest services in DDT in June and it is indeed moved to a new location. It is close to where it was before. It's in the same building that has all those cool soaps. Sorry I can't be more detailed with my directions, but it's way past bedtime (but I have to get my DIS addiction in first) and my brain is done for the day.
