Disney Visa - ordering points? web-site

I know that I clicked on a link to a web-site on this forum a while ago to view my account and see how many points we've earned but now that I need to order the points I can't find it Does anyone know the web-site to actually order the rewards points? I'ts not on the Bankone website.

It's on the BankOne site if you go into your account access and pick manage rewards from the drop-down box.

When I got my points, I did not actually go to a bank one web site. it was a first usa site

log in there and then go to manage rewards

There was an 800 number on my Visa bill specifically for the Disney Rewards program - to order the original card, to transfer additional points to the card, or any questions regarding the program. 800-300-8575. Easiest call I ever made. I ordered the original card with the points I've accrued so far. She said it would be here in 7-10 days.
