Great card...I wonder how long it took you to decide on which pictures? It took me hours! (I am ridiculous!) I love that your elf is naughty! We didn't do that tradition, but I will be urging my SIL and brother to do it with their son (he is due in Feb.)

I wish I had known about Elf on the Shelf when my kids were younger. What a great tradition.

The Christmas card turned out so good. I am sure it was hard to choose which pictures to use since you had so many good ones.

I have been trying to get caught up... I've been so busy. I really want to go eat with pooh, I have yet to do that. Your family always looks so great in all their pic's!! Yeah, I was expecting a delay, but not a full cancel!!! Nobody was celebrating at our house! They KNOW what it might mean for our trip. Now if it had been snow instead of ice....... Too bad on the messed up plans!!! We still have so much to do this weekend, so be careful if you are out in the big city that you don't get in our way! I would hate for us to meet on the wrong terms!!!

BTW, love the Christmas card! The hat just makes it!!! I am so glad you chose that picture on the bottom left! I think that one is so adorable of Levi and Lexi!!!

You should have brought the kids and joined us at Red Robin Saturday evening. We would have had a ball!

Got almost everything finished up over the weekend, so you don't have to worry about me getting in your way! DW still has to make a trip to Lloyd's Soccer Shop either tomorrow or Thursday but sadly I can't go with her......I have to work!

Just read through your PTR and TR becasue I found the link on the CBR thread...we have been once for 5 nights but it was while I was pregnant with Skye (now 6) so I have been trying to find good recent pictures and info...there is just so much bad out there about CBR but we loved it last time...even better than POR and maybe even FOFQ. So we'll be there in August 2011.

Skyler's gymnastics coach just told them abou ther Elf on the Shelf at their last class last week and of course, she wants one...apparently, the coach's elf ate her last piece of pizza in her locker...and the girls thought that was soooo funny!

Oh wow.. I am in Prosperity.. About an hour from the upstate! Are you on the Greenville or the Spartanburg side? I used to serve court papers all over the Upstate so I know a good bit about it.. It is such a nice place! I love reading all of these TR- It really is getting me excited about my trip. We are going Feb 11-15th

It's a small world! I never see many people on here from SC, I'm so excited to have you join!!! I stay totally addicted to these sites when I'm planning a trip. I can't wait to read how your trip in Feb goes. I'm curious to how the weather & crowds are during that month.

I'm the same way. It took me FOREVER to pick out which picture. I couldn't even narrow it down to one, so I choose 3!
I didn't find out about the elf until late, he's only been at our house a few years. I wish I had known about him earlier, because he is FUN!

I'll have a few more CBR pictures to post in my TR. We really don't spend a lot of time at our resort. It was pretty & the pool was great. Everything was clean, buses were great. I've seen neg comments too & I don't understand why.

You need to get Skyler a Elf on the Shelf, it's worth every penny!!!

So it has been a while since I have had a chance to make any comments on your TR... THANK YOU for doing such a nice job adding "next post here" links. I was able to get caught up on your trip.

Lets see...I am not sure if I ever actually commented on anything...so forgive me if I mention something a second time. (I can't tell you how many times I have started to read through your TR thinking "I have to comment on that")

Anyway...

Comfort Inn... it looked great. We had originally booked that for our trip in feb of 2010...but realized we wanted the dinning plan. We had an crazy low rate and so we booked 11 nights. Lets just say when I got to thinking how much entertainment and a car for that long would cost... it made more sense to just stay at WDW. Looks like it would have worked out if we stayed there. I didn't realize it was THAT close to DTD.

Your family pics are just amazing. Your kids are so beautiful!!

On the hat...funny how boys will pic the wildest hats. My son has an over sized one that drove me crazy too.

Your room looks nice. I have never been to that resort. It kinda reminds me of how POR is. Different decor and colors...but in the pics where you have posted that the quiet pool is just down the way...that is almost the same picture we have of the walk to the quiet pool at POR...just different colors.

I love that you decorated your window of your room. Next trip...I am doing that for sure! I have already began collecting for it.

What a neat surprise for the kids CRT must have been!

Your poor son and the fairies. My sons did not want to have much to do with the princesses on the last trip I took them on. I can understand... And as for the fairies... My dd has those movies and I still dont know who they each are.

Last, I love your Christmas card pic! Even with the hat it turned out great!!

Glad to see you're still around. I miss your report now that it's done.
Comfort Inn is very close to WDW & nice for a one-night stay. I don't think it would be worth staying at for a whole week if you had to rent a car though. Staying on WDW w/free transportation would be more stress-free I think.
It is fun decorating the windows, especially when you're coming back at night seeing your window lit up!
