Disney TV at Sears for $29! Better Hurry

I still have not received a cancellation notice???? I got a confirmation email, but no cancellation notice? I wonder if people are still able to get them and it depends on the store???

I got my confirmation mid aft yesterday. I just now got my cancellation. I wonder if I had been able ot pick up directly, if it would have been different.

I went to Sears this morning to check on a Mickey CD Boombox (they were out) and saw 2 of the 19" TVs with an advertised sale price of $142.99, they also have several of the 13" as well. When I ordered on line for this store pick up it said they have 0 in stock. Wonder if I could take the order form over and pick it up? DH said he doubts they would let us do that.

The price is still listed as $29.97 on the Sears website. I printed it out and DH is on his way to Sears right now. I'll let you know how it goes!

I just called my local Sears store. They said they have BIG fllyers stating that the price was a typo and they won't honor it. Oh well. Guess it was too good to be true.

Yes, that is what is seems to be breaking down to. While I was on the phone just moments ago with my local sears I was able to place another order at sears.com all the while she was telling me that they will not honor it and it was a pricing error. If it was such an error why is it still on their website?

My dh ordered one (my printer is down )and it says avail for in store pick-up in 17-19 days. Hope we will be able to get it. THAT is a great deal of a mistake. I hope we get it since they took it off yesterday and then put it back on today at the same price. We will see. My dd thinks she is getting too old for princess stuff but would prob be happier with Mickey anyway. Of course if it had Eeyore...man oh man!!!!

Well, I ordered another one! Guess it's worth a second try! Yesterday my order was cancelled and I couldn't reorder, but everyone is right, it's able to be ordered again today!
I chose a different store to pick it up at, maybe I will have better luck.

I too tried to get one at my local Sears store, I went all the way to the store mgr. I was told no way it was a mis-print and they we absolutely told not to honor that price. I told them that it is still advertised at the deal price and they still would not back down. He told me to call the number on the web site. Darn, when I worked retail years ago you had to honor the price. Funny how if you make a mistake tough luck, but do and out still are out of luck.

Well, I guesss that I get to call sears today and cancel the order.

I thought that legally they could not charge you more without notification. Is this true? How did you think you got two TVs for $42.00 when they were $29.97?
