Disney TV at Sears for $29! Better Hurry

Go online to the sears order status button at the top right hand of the website. Put in you email and order number they gave you. First it will say processed, then several hours later cancelled. Mine took about 4-6 hours to show cancelled. What stinks most though, they will still take phone in orders for store pickup. Go figure :confused3

Just got my email, now have to wait & see if it gets cancelled. :rolleyes:
 
I placed a new order at 10:45 and just in the last few minutes received a confirmation email stating it would be available for pick up on 10/27.
 

Thanks for the heads-up. I just ordered one for my son. I know he'll love it! :cool1:
 
Well, I ordered three yesterday (to be delivered ) and after reading all the posts, I took my rcpt to Sears last niht to try to pick up insted (they had 2 sitting right there on the shelf). Same thing as a prior poster, when they needed the manager to overide for the sale price, he took off to a back office for about 25 minutes, then came back and told me it was a no go. He said if it was advertised with a sign in his store he would have to honor the price, but since it is Sears.com he did not have to.

Soooo, today I ordered another one because on the website it said it was available for in store pick up (in stock now). They tell you to wait for a confirmation email when the order has been fulfilled. That took a couple of hours, but it did come. That tells you to call the store & they will tell you where to pick up the item. I called and she said my order was ready for pick up. I was on my way out the door when my phone rang, it was the manager telling me it was an error and now they were miraculously out of stock!

I Just got an email cancelling the order I placed yesterday (for home delivery)
it reads:
Thank you for your order with sears.com.

Unfortunately, your order for the Disney Electronics 19 in. Color TV
with sears.com has been cancelled due to an error with the advertised
sale price. The cancellation of your order is in accordance with our
liability restrictions listed within our terms and conditions on our site.

sale price for this item is $149.99. If you still wish to purchase this
item for the correct sales price, please contact us directly at

I think the stores are catching on. However, if you are able to get thru to a clueless store you might still have luck.

I was thinking of going to BBB, but I've already wasted too much time on this. I'll take it as a signal to go spend some quality time w/ my kids & stop obsessing about a deal that was too good to be true.

it just keeps telling me, cannot find server, and if I click on anything related to it, it tells me my session has timed out.
can any one get into the order page???... I desparetly need one. and every store I call says they're sold out.
 
I went to my local Sears yesterday when I couldn't get online. At that time, there were 5 of them in a corner. This morning I went and there were none left, showing zero in inventory.

However, my order I made this morning has not been cancelled yet and I have a delivery date on 10/28.

I did walk over to merchandise pickup thinking that I could get one from the back. The merchandise pickup is all automated so I managed to get my order info with my phone #. The order was in their system, and I was able to find an associate that came out of the stockroom. I showed him my order form and he stated that they had no more in the back.

We'll have to see. I'm not counting on it, but it would be nice to get.
 
I just ordered 3 for pick up at my local store. My email came about 20 minutes later and says expected in store on 10/12. We'll see what happens.
 
Read through the thread... don't waste your time trying to order. Sears is aware of the error. Eeven if you do get through to order one, they don't fulfill the order.

Nope- looks like they pulled it. Still frustrating that it comes up with the price though- just won't let you order it.
 
wow i thought if they advertsed that price, they had to give it to you
 
what's the name of the sears/kmart store... remember they did merge... maybe you can get the same deal at one of those unknowing stores...
 
Ok everyone I called the store and 3 was in stock. The kids and I put on some clothes and went to the store. We where able to pick it up with no problem. I have 2 tv's sitting upstairs. Don't wait for them to cancel the order.If you have your comformation email ,call the store and see if they have any in stock. Some stores are letting you get them now. I have mines,the dis board rocks!!!!!!!!!! :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana:

I'm still able to pull it up and it still states it at $29.97
 
I ended up trying it 2 more times and out of the 3 different stores- one email came stating it would be ready to be picked up 10/27 and on my order status only one stated the same-the other two stated still processing.
 
Well you can do a search for it, but when you try to go into the item description, where you then add it to your cart, it pulls up "cannot find server".
It's really ticking me off. I'm thinking of heading over to a sears store to try and con it out of some unknowing stupid person. It's lovely when you live in a stupid neighborhood.
