Disney Travel Asking AKL reserv. to Move!!!

Got a phone call this morning!!!!! The disney Resort Travel is asking AKL residents to move hotels, voluntary!!!!!
We are going July 7- 14th!!! They are asking us to move to Sarratoga springs at a discount and that will give us $600 back to us!
My thought is we have a savvanah view room and we have 3 kids 6yr, 3yr and a son whom is turning 1 on the trip!
Then I called the actual hotel. They will only have 3rd floor savannah view open!!! Floors 4, 5 and 6 are closed!!
Let them know I would call back today! Geesh we booked our trip last september and it is 17 days before we go!
What should we do? Help? Let them know I would call them back.
What other hotel should we stay at! We wanted to stay there for the experience. Anyone just there that saw the consturction! HELP!!

Thats a shame. Seems like the limitations at AKL are really getting out of hand.

The one thing we don't have is a monorail.

Neither did AKL

I've stayed at 2 moderates and all the deluxes bar BWI, which I'm going too soon...Now I do like the Poly a little bit more than SSR, but that's a taste thing..I'm going back to SSR next month... A poster can have an opinion on resorts. A poster can dislike the theme of a resort..It's just plain silly, though to claim that a resort is not a deluxe when it is..It's not a subjective issue.. Disney determines what level a resort is and resorts have to have certain standards to meet to be considered a *level*.. It's just silly to state that SSR is not a deluxe...It is ,as are all DVC"s. They are just different types of deluxes
