Hi,
I have magic your way park hopper tickets with no expiration for our family of 4 from our 2012 trip. How do I know how many days are left on the cards? Is there a phone number I can call or is it true that I have to wait to find out at the parks?

They no longer tell you how many days are left when you attach them to a my disney experience account.

Now, I think you have to email a copy of the tickets to Disney.
 

Whats a mde account?

Click HERE and set up your -FREE- MyDisneyExperience (MDE) account.

Once you do so, you can then put the numbers on your current tickets into the MDE account.

After that, you can make FP+ reservations for several days.
(Starting date: tomorrow.)

Keep booking FP+ (you MUST make 3 FP+ choices per day) until the account will not allow any further days of bookings.

The number of days that the account will allow you to book FP+ is the number of THEME PARK days that you have left on the tickets.

Then, go back and CANCEL all of your FP+ reservations.

After you have linked the tickets to MDE, go to the FP booking section and begin booking FPs for consecutive days. The system will allow you to book for the number of days of entitlements.

After you have noted the # of days, mark your tickets with a Sharpie and then delete/cancel all of your booked FPs.

Yes, this is ANOTHER way to check the number of "days left" on NE tickets.
(This method will also tell you the number of "Water park Fun and More" entrances that the tickets contain.)

Thank you for contacting us regarding your unused Walt Disney World ticket media.

If you have not already done so, please send a copy of the front and back of your tickets, as well as a copy of your Government issued I.D.
to Ticket.Usage@DisneyWorld.com.

Include your name and daytime telephone number. We are unable to provide usage without these copies.

Please note, we are not able to receive messages or attachments greater than two mega bytes. If needed, send your files in separate messages or compress them prior to sending.

If you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort within five days and need immediate assistance, please call us at (407) 560-2544, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST). We may also be reached Sunday and Saturday between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm (EST).
