I have been going camping at FW for a long time and have decided that I may want to decorate my TT in Mickey. Does anyone decorate their of their site? If so can you post pics? Also I have a hard time finding decorations for the outside where do you find them? I do have a couple flags and Mickey lamp post.

Bree check the stickys for site pics I will also bump up an older thread of pics so you can see them. some decorate their TT's also, but it's hard to get those because of Disney infringement laws. we were gonna have a MM pic painted on ours but were told this may hurt the resale value. can you imagine that !!!

Yep, sure do :-)

Thanks I will go look at that site. How could MM ever hurt the resale value:confused3 It would be hard to do our TT as it is not the smooth sides, but we do have a front window cover I would like to put a mickey mural or something on.

Here are some of my decorations, for what they are worth.

Besides this stuff, I have a Pirate Mickey Flag, and Mickey and Goofy lights that I hang on the awning.

Well, that explains why I can't find them anywhere. My DH made the Mickey lightpost for me, are the other lights made basically the same way?

Yep, the multicolored ones that are on the awning were round balls I bought from Home Depot at christmas. I used "ball pit" balls for the ears and then sprayed them in Diamond Dust, and then clear coated them.

The white ones on the ground are made with coroplast and clear globes from the craft section of a local store, I attatched them to a 2' pc of pvc and ran white xmas lights from one to the other, pushed through holes in the back. These were the ones that everyone asked me about as they walked by. They look alot better in person than in my pictures.

Thanks for sharing your fab idea!! im sorry to say that those projects probly would not be done in time for my trip to the fort this year!

Thanks for all the info. I don't think we'll get them made in time for our trip this summer, but we're going to try!
