I've read his site. He is a lawyer who specializes in suing cruise lines. I'm sure he's not an ambulance chaser and that terrible things happen on all cruise lines. The ships are full of people and sometimes people do terrible things. He does try to convince people that they shouldn't take cruises, because of the way cruise lines are run.
The decision to turn that guy who was caught on video sexually assaulting a kid in an elevator over to the Bahamian authorities, when the incident occurred while the ship is in port in Florida, is reprehensible. I am guessing they just didn't want to delay departure or worry passengers with an extended police investigation. Just drop him off and let the Bahamas take care of it.
"Worst" is a reach though.
