Disney Tattoos

Right now I have 3 different Snow White ones. The first one is on my right arm shoulder , It's the typical Snow taking a bite of her apple. My other one is on my right foot. It's the one that is on the cover of book, The Art of a Disney Princess. My 3rd is on my back, on the left side. It's the one that is under my name, to the left side. I have 4 more that I have planned to get but right now I'm saving for my WDW trip. When I get back next year I will start saving for the next one.

I have seven tattoos and what they put on for healing seems to change every few years! My latest (February) they had me wash with aquafor but keep it moisturized with plain, unscented lotion.

Same here. The one I got 2 weeks ago they told me to use vasoline on it. But instead I used A&D ointment for 3 days, then washed with unscented soap and put lubriderm unscented lotion on it for week and a half. I had no itching and no redness and it's already healed after 2 weeks! My other tattoos got really itchy and red.

I have a mickey and minnie on the upper forearm of each arm, I have the castle and fireworks on my back and I have "To Infinity and Beyond" on my calves.

I have a Mickey Mouse and Figment tattoo on my left ankle and a pirate on the right ankle.

I got this done recently and I am very happy with it

The artist on this one tattooed too deep in the skin and it came out with a little halo of ink around it (the picture is form when it was fresh, so not there yet). It's not very noticeable, but it irks me a bit.

got one Thursday snowflakes and one is a hidden mickey on it. I only have a photo on my phone so I'll upload it once I take on w/ my camera. My artist said to wash w/ mild soap and top w/ aquaphor or similar for a few days. Then I can switch to lubriderm (unscented) type lotion to help w/ pealing and itching. So far so good.

That's the advice I normally get as well. It's been a little over a year since my last tattoo... I really need to get another one... or four. Lol.

My DD's Maleficent and Figment. Both with a little attitude. The way she wanted them. Left calf done a few months ago and the right just a couple of weeks ago.

Tomorrow is the day! I'm getting my first tattoo- chip and dale on my left wrist.

Never ever put vaseline on a tattoo! My first tattoo they told me to use A&D as well, but my latest one they said they would rather I use Aquaphor instead for the first few days as well as washing with clear unscented antibacterial soap. Then just lubriderm unscented lotion for 2 weeks after that. Then moisturize as I see fit.
