Disney Tattoos

I have a Cinderella's castle design on my back. It's over a could with fireworks. I drew it myself. I just searched a bunch of different pictures and came up with a design. I wanted it to look kind of cartoony but still Disney, so I also have Mickey heads by the clouds.

I like that you drew it. It always makes it more personal if you drew it yourself or had a hand in it's design.

Yeah I felt like it was more personal. Plus I was very proud that I was actually able to do it because I'm not usually an artist, but it came out great!

Thanks for your help and thank you It is sentimental, it's for my grandfather, him and I used to watch the Muppet show every Sunday night together. He passed away when I was only 11 but we were best friends and I have so many great memories for such a short period of time.

OMG! You JUST gave me the PERFECT idea for a tattoo!

My dear grandmother *just* passed away. I have been racking my brain for something symbolic and respectful.

Trips to my "MeeMee and PaPaw" always meant getting to watch Fraggle Rock down in their basement on their BIG super old TV, on HBO! Since she lived halfway across the continent, when we weren't there she would always record it for us and send the VHS! It was something us grandkids shared with her, and showed how she would go out of her way to do even the littlest things for us, like make sure we didn't miss our favorite show.

Now I'm balling.

Now, my head is bouncing with ideas actually. Maybe Wembley, Red, and Mokey. Each of us 3 grandkids favorites. With something like her dates and we'll miss you MeeMee.

I am sorry to hear, I also just lost my grandmother and I am adding something to my fozzy for her but I am not sure what yet. That is such a beautiful story, it put a smile on my face to read it, I am glad you were also able to take something out of mine! Its funny how such a small gesture, such as them recording fraggle rock for you or sitting on your grandfathers lap to watch the muppets, can mean so much and the thought of it can bring back so many great memories. If you do get the tattoo every time you look at it you will not be able to help smiling thinking of those times.
