Disney taking full 30 days on ROFR........

Neither. It's just the process. Sometimes it's quick, most of the time it's 3-4 weeks. Welcome aboard.

I would have your realtor/closing agent check if it goes beyond 30 days, however. DVC has been known to lose things from time to time.

A bunch of people that submitted to DVC for ROFR waiver during the last week of June were notified this week (about 2 weeks). So... if it's taking 30 days on yours, I would definately have someone checking. Personally, I'm hoping to hear something in that 2 week range. :wizard:

Diseny is taking their full 30 days on my resale contract. Is this good or bad?
No it is bad...................the longer it takes means they are looking hard at the points. They are in need of points at every resort except OKW, VB and HH

They took all 30 days with ours as well, but we got it!!! We bought into the VWL!!!

They reply directly to the seller, not the agent. So just because you haven't heard anything doesn't mean that much one way or another. Technically DVC doesn't have to give a waiver, but their time isn't really limited to 30 days. The rules say you must notify them and give them 30 days before closing. Thus legally you could proceed without a waiver if they haven't responded.

Us too. This was in mid-May to mid-June. And we passed ROFR.
