My replacement masks shipped today
We are headed down soon. Are masks plentiful? I may wait and buy some there. It will be quicker than waiting for them to ship.There were some new styles at world of disney in downtown Disney today.

Last Saturday they had lots of styles/size of the masks that are on shop disney. Today they only had a very small selection of those but plenty of the 4 new styles, there was one I didn’t buy(it looks like Donald’s mouth in the packaging).We are headed down soon. edit: they also took away the buy 4 for $20 deal at world of Disney (at least in CA). These were $6/each and not eligible for any discounts

I want that Haunted Mansion one!! But I wonder if they even bothered to really fix the issues with these new ones or do they still have the same horribly undersized straps as the old ones. I really don't want to buy large because they would probably be too big for me in the face. The medium fits me perfectly in the face area it's just the straps that are bad.That was my issue. The larges I bought today are a little loose in my face but I’m hoping that going through the wash will help that.I want that Haunted Mansion one!! I thought maybe you talking about DL. We still think of Disney Springs as Downtown Disney too. They've changed the name several times over the last forty years. Ours finally arrived today after ordering them on the second possible day. They are terrible. FollowEd Disney’s guidelines for sizes, and as others have experienced the mediums don’t fit. The larges are better, well one of them is. The other three larges are all a little smaller. I don’t understand how the four masks can come in four different sizes. Don’t care for the material either, it’s not nearly as breathable as my cotton masks. I wish I had canceled before they sent them.
Update from yesterday. The one large size mask that actually fit correctly – one of the ear straps broke today!
Make sure to let Disney know about this. It really is important. Don't just complain here. Disney really needs to know what a disaster these masks turned out to be -- so that they can avoid working with this same factory (or whoever) in the future. Be specific about what was wrong with the masks, e.g. how the sizing and quality were inferior. Be specific about what needs to be improved and how. These problems won't get addressed and fixed if Disney doesn't hear about them in detail.They are garbage.

I think the non-refundable policy on these changed when Disney got hit with the massive flood of complaints about the seriously poor quality and sizing problems (which is why speaking up can be helpful). It was the least they could do -- the problems were undeniable!I did. I received a one sentence response “returns and exchanges at shop Disney.com are simple“ despite the fact that when we ordered these they were listed, understandably, as being non-returnable.
