Disney Springs TS Dining Plan Options

What is the best restaurant in Disney Springs (Downtown Disney) for Table Service using the dining plan? Best one not only for value but is also good food.

Me and my sister go to House of Blues, the food, drinks and atmosphere are all great. It's one of our must do's each trip

Another vote for House of Blues. The shrimp & grits are awesome. They have an outside dining area as well as indoors. Outdoors, there is usually some entertainment going on. Second choice would be Raglan Road (not sure if on dining plan).
