I can't get a reservation for this establishment, on the menu there is a section titled "grab and go" do they have a counter service or take out window?

I think they have a grab n go fridge/area, and you can pay at the bar. They also have a bar and an outdoor seating area that do not require an ADR and serve the full menu. The grab n go is limited though. You might be able to get most things to go at the bar too and eat somewhere else, not ideal though. Have you tried the Touring Plans reservation finder? Homecoming is worth it. We love it.

Are they on Open Table? i searched when I was making my ADR and didn't find them.

I had assumed they were on Open Table.

Upon further review, it appears not to be there.

Awww...I was hopeful you would tell me they just decided to go on Open Table. No worries - I thought the same too until I went to get a reservation.

Btw, its good to note that larger groups have more difficulties with reservations. None of 9 people 6 months out but I was able to get one for 8 people. Also, the time of the reservation matters. If you are having difficulty, play around a little. 2 people have more options than a large group.
